My anxiety and worries over…

Andy, took me through my computer predicament with calm concise discussion that made it easy for me to decide that they were the right choice to make to tackle this delicate problem.
A mistake in choosing the wrong company, could have been fatal.
I cannot thank them enough when my 15 year old Apple iMac 🖥️ bricked up and seal the fate of my entire data. - I had no present Time Machine backup...

R3 managed to recover 99.9% of 850GB after my disk suffered a mechanical failure. I was devastated at the thought of losing most of my study files, holiday pictures, and art projects. My local computer repair shop recommended contacting R3 for data recovery. It is an expensive procedure, but I’m very grateful to have nearly everything back.

The staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly. At first, only a part of my data was recovered, but the engineers kindly carried out further work to retrieve the rest of what I needed. I can only recommend their services.

The only files that could not be recovered (or were partially corrupted) were those I was in the process of copying when the disk failed, which means they had not been written properly in the first place.

Did a 100% recovery of more than 5000 photos. What more can I say? Total satisfaction, and highly recommended. Dealt with two staff members who were very professional.

I called up yesterday in a crazy panic after thinking I had lost 20 years worth of family memories in photos and videos. I spoke to Stewart who was very reassuring but also outlined clearly and realistically what they could offer to support me. I didn't know how to take the hard drive out of my computer so they even went out of their way to find a box big enough to fit the computer in and offered various courier options for me to choose from when I was ready. As I was in panic mode Stewart advised me to give it some time to consider my options and that they'd sort the box in the meantime. Once I'd calmed down I realised that I still had an old computer with all of the photos on so no longer required the services so I can't leave a review based on that but I can on how caring and professional Stewart was during those initial stages where I was freaking out. I also thought that the price I was quoted was realistic and not a price taking advantage of people who are feeling desperate. Hopefully I've learnt my lesson and won't be needing data recovery again but if I do I'll know where to ask.

My experience with R3 was just FANTASTIC.

I honestly didn't believe that I'd be able to recover a few important files from a laptop SSD that had been damaged some 8 years ago but I just needed to know either way. It turned out that over 80% of the files were corrupted but R3 sent me the file list so I could choose whether to proceed or not. Nothing was payable until I knew the important files were going to be retrieved.

Andy and the team did a good job in relaying information. They did some work on trying to recover some deleted files. They're a professional and organised business. Andy went through the whole process in detail with me, and I was able to drop off and collect the device when requested. Would recommend.

I had a serious problem with a broken phone resulting in all data lost and unfortunately there was no back up. Initially I contacted a local company, who although they tried hard were unable to help. These guys are amazing and so knowledgeable. They took an HP raid array that had two failed drives and managed to successfully recover the data we needed.

I had a terrible experience with Fields Data Recovery who were misleading, negligent and took a substantial amount of money from me (that I'm still trying to get back) despite knowing that my MacBook hard drive was unsalvageable.

I got a second opinion and came across Andy from R3 Data Recovery who enlightened me on how many people Fields Data Recovery do this to. They take your money and make no effort to do any work or make any contact with you.

Andy at R3 Data Recovery conducted a review of Fields R&D Technical report issued by Fields Head of R&D and the communications with Fields Data Recovery Head of European Sales.

Andy has confirmed with me that there has either been a very serious mistake in the ISO 9001 / 27001 processing of your case by Fields Associates or a deliberate and designed deception to take money under false pretence. Again, this has happened to a lot of people.

Andy is assisting with the refund and has been in communication with the Directors of Fields Associates and the local MP for Bridgend Dr Jamie Wallis who is the owner of Fields and one of the past experts in Fields Data Recovery still showing on the website.

Excellent service from R3 Data Recovery. They recovered my data from a failed external hard drive. Alongside lots of business data, I also had around 7000 family photos that hadn't been backed up elsewhere - these were priceless to me. After asking for a quote at 7pm I received a reply within 30 minutes and felt looked after from the outset. The process undertaken was clearly explained and I was regularly updated by Will. My home NAS failed - two 3TB drives in a RAID1 and master boot record corrupted. Advice from vendor (Buffalo) re-building MBR would wipe drives.
Contacted R3 Data Recovery after reviewing various 'file recovery' websites. Andy phoned me immediately he received my contact form. He offered advice on how to check the drives for errors and recover the files myself.
