Glad I found these guys. Read lots of reviews and horror stories. Sent the broken drive, heard back quickly, good communications throughout the whole process. Didn't immediately see the files, but a quick email and was given the details. Found the files in a lost folder and gave the go-ahead to proceed. They have only done three recoveries for us so far but their service is excellent and their customer service is as good as ours (lol)
On our last job the courier did not deliver on the day in question and these guys worked out of hours on a Saturday to ensure that the courier got it to us.
