Easy to order and delivered on time. Present for a young niece.

Fantastic service. I asked a question via their website and it was answered promptly. I then placed my order and received the racquet in no time. The racquet was as described, well packaged and in top condition. Now, if they could just make me a better tennis player, that would be great!

Found a badminton racket I wanted to order but before I placed my order I needed to ask a question. As it was in the evening I didn’t expect to get a reply until the next day but I got an immediate response. A lovely gentleman answered my question which enabled me to go ahead & place my order. Delivery came in the given time and I am very happy with my racket and the amazing service I received. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Racketworld.

The racket is fine -it's what I ordered, the price is the same as everywhere else and the delivery costs and timings are average, nothing special not like an amazing deal or anything if was just ok!

We purchased 2 beginners badminton rackets just before xmas, we have played about 6 gentle games (as we are total beginners) with them but the head flew out of the handle during the last game, dangerously flying onto the adjoining court. My complaint has been completely dismissed suggesting I have damaged the racket through improper use - which is not the case. Avoid RacketWorld and the cheaper rackets they sell. And in response to thier reply. The racket has slight scratches on top this is due to me scraping the shuttle off the floor. We literally had played 6 gentle games (which they r calling matchplay!) when the head flew out of the handle. They've completely dismissed my account of events, not even an apology, when I sent several emails until resorting to given up and warming others. Poor produce, poor customer services.

Excellent service with prompt communication when I contacted them with specific requests. Racquet arrived promptly and in good condition.

Delivered within time stated when ordering and also a great price compared to other retailers.

The ball is very light and it's getting fly. The racket does not have the XL written and it's only matchpoint.

Josh hooked me up with a new racket off the website which was strung and delivered super quickly and efficiently. He helped me select a tension for the strings and the racket plays delightfully. Quick, easy and friendly service, would recommend!

I ordered a set of badminton rackets from this company and then requested to cancel soon after due to finding an amazon voucher which made it cheaper for me elsewhere.

They tried there best to price match and were very willing to do anything they could to help me with quick and clear communication.
