agreed partial refund over the phone with a manager
Ignored twice by customer relations manager which i will keep anonymous who was great at first but now choose to ignore our emails (liverpool hotel). No explanation of the refund breakdown as it was wrong as not the amount agreed. Sent two email on two separate days with no reply

Escalated to customer care and waiting on reply.

Our actual hotel stay at Radisson Blu…

Our actual hotel stay at Radisson Blu Canary Wharf was excellent. Fantastic room and bathroom. Shame location for hanging clothes was in the bathroom. Room clean and serviced promptly. Slow service in restaurant. Reason for downgrading stars is that they are useless at answering emails. They were hopeless before my stay and I lost my glasses whilst staying there and they never ever replied to me after my return. Location very awkward and taxis constanly needed. Used it for 02 but that is miles away even though hotel opposite. Younger people walk to stations but it is a bit of a walk. Very spacious reception and building itself cannot be faulted.

Since writing this review have received emails from the Manager - Mr Todd - his responses have been very welcomed and I am impressed by him taking the time and trouble to do this. I would repeat room excellent, housekeeping very good - extra pillows etc brought to our room in moments. My main problem was communication from the time of booking onwards but Mr Todd has advised he will look into this matter. I cannot ask for more than this and again am impressed that he has taken such time and trouble to answer my queries.

CHECK YOUR BAR RECEIPT

Just return from our stay at the Radisson Blu Sheffield. The hotel itself was lovely as all radissons we have stayed at. The reception staff pleasant as always. The room was clean & tidy and the bed was comfortable.
Now the negative…CHECK YOUR BAR RECEIPT!
We were charged £31.70 for a gin/lemonade and vodka/coke. The barman just presented the card machine to tap, no info of the cost, we asked for a receipt, which he was slight reluctant to give and swiftly moved onto the next customer. When he’d finished serving we questioned the price. The receipt 1 vodka = £9.50 mixer = £4.75
2 house gin = £10 mixer £4.50 service charge = £2.75
When asked he said the vodka was a double and so was the gin? But couldn’t explain why there was only 1 vodka but 2 gin. When questioned he didn’t ask if we wanted single or doubles he told us he was busy and if we had a problem he can locate the manager and continued to serve ppl.
This was reported the following morning at reception who was happy of the feedback to pass on to the management and compensated us for the drinks back to a reasonable price.

Raddison blu heathrow.

I had a cancel my booking as my flights were cancelled.

I gave over a weeks notice. And they refused to refund. I also asked if I could rebooked for a different date.

They refused and charged me the full fee for the room and didn't care that I couldn't use the booking for no fault of my own.

Inexpected some kind of customer csre in this instance for a airport hotel.

If you want any sympathy from raddison, then don't, they clearly don't care and just want to money grab.

Fantastic location with amazing views

The Radisson Blu Leister Square is a Fantastic location with amazing views. This hotel delivers every year we stay. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean although slightly outdated. Highly recommended.

Radisson Blu Casablanca Morocco

We were moved to a Radisson Suite for a 2-night stay with our kids, but the experience was deeply disappointing and far from cozy.

Major Maintenance Issues:
Bathroom sink was clogged.
Toilet flush button was broken.
Floor throughout the suite was heavily scratched, resembling a go-kart track.
Only one garbage bin provided for the entire suite; we had to request additional ones.

Heating and Comfort Problems:
No proper heating in the room; we received a very old, dented, and broken mobile heater that had to be replaced.
The replacement heater only worked for 5 minutes before shutting down repeatedly.
Sitting room lamp did not work; we had to move the bed to plug it in, revealing tons of dust underneath.
Lighting system had just one button for the entire sitting room – either all lights on or all off, with no option for individual control.

Facilities and Cleanliness Shortfalls:
No heated pool available in the building.
Everything appeared old, untidy, and poorly maintained.

Neighborhood Concerns:
The surrounding area did not feel friendly; locals stared uncomfortably while we walked at night.

This stay was not worth the money and is not recommended, especially for families. We expected much better from Radisson.

Raddison blu Canary Wharf - told by staff at the hotel to park and pay then issued with a ticket , manager lateef did not care whatsoever lacked in empathy did not handle situation in a professional way did not acknowledge emails, very rude would never stay hear again

Ordered a coffee and croissant in the…

Radison Durham Ordered a coffee and croissant in the bar while waiting for my husband the barman could not find croissant on the till took 8 minutes to find it and said he would bring it to my table waited 10 minutes, my husband came orders a coffee which came before mine! I asked where my coffee was at and 5 minutes later got it I said I had a croissant ordered also which took another 5 minutes to come! I then noticed lipstick on my cup!! Just walked out and left it!!!
Only 4 people in the bar so not ran off their feet!!!
Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Terrible, nada recomendable

Terrible hotel . Absolutamente nada recomendable. El peor check in en un hotel de esta cadena, siendo Premium, ni te dan la bienvenida ni te explican las instalaciones del hotel, me entero después de mi check out que había una piscina. El desayuno terrible, personal agresivo y muy mala calidad, todo congelado y calentado. Lo peor el ruido constante durante el día por obras, si volvía antes de las 17h tenía que volver a salir del hotel pues tenían una taladradora en las paredes y techos . Un hotel con reformas no puede aceptar reservas, este hotel lo hace sin importarle el Cliente. Hay varias opciones fuera de esta cadena Radisson en Oslo. La peor estancia de mi vida en un hotel.

Poor communication

Was due to stay at Radisson Malmo, my family made it there but I was held up. The reception staff told my family they would be in touch(they weren't. Also heard from central CS team who referred me back to the hotel, it's clear they don't have any protocol in place and rely on customers being transient. I won't be using this hotel brand again.

They've literally stolen money from me.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Boulogne

I was on a business trip to Paris visiting a client of ours, staying at the hotel was as such quite pleasant with nice personal, but on checking in I was greeted with the possibility that I'd be upgraded to a different room - obviously I didn't say no, and maybe it happened maybe not, couldn't tell the difference - but a nice gesture (This becomes relevant later).

I then get my key (not plural) my one key, to my room (not plural) that I booked and had a booking number for.

Upon checking out all is good, I get my invoice for (1 room), I go home and have to upload receipts of course, I see I've been charged twice, slightly different amounts, but still.

I mail them once, and they come back to me saying that the extra charge is for the second room I booked, but I can get back to them if I need further clarification.. And so it begins..

I wrote them back stating the above explanation, and my best guess here was that (considering my booking still doesn't state 2 rooms) that the confusion maybe could have happened because of the upgrade?

However now months later, me writing 3 emails to them - I've yet to get a reply - The service provided by this hotel is what I would expect of a shady B&B, not a large chain.

I will still accept if they can provide real proof that I messed up with the reservation, that the error was on my side - and I'd argue still considering I didn't use the room, the Hotel would consider not charging for that, but even this dialog has been impossible with them.

I can not recommend this hotel, and I will obviously not only stop using them going forward, but make sure anyone I know who frequent them will stop also, unless this gets resolved - this can't possibly be how you deal with these issues.

90 MINUTES!!! FOR TWO PIZZAS! ON A TUESDAY!?!

THE WORST HOTEL WE’VE EVER STAYED IN - RADISSON BLU SHEFFIELD.

This hotel is poorly manned, badly organised on every level. Including room service where we have waited 90 minutes for two pizzas. 45 minutes after confirming the order, they could not fulfill and hadn’t even started making the rest of the food. We have rang TWICE and still no worthy explanation as to why the pizzas are not made.

90 MINUTES!!! FOR TWO PIZZAS!

The night manager is unavailable, the kitchen staff mustn’t actually be in the kitchen. There is no phone in the room, the main way to communicate is via an app that the staff clearly don’t know how to use or simply refuse or forget. No update on food without persistent phone calls.

UPDATE: Food finally came and not even the full order.

Seriously do not stay at this ‘establishment’ unless you thrive amongst incompetent service and love a poorly run hotel.

Diabolical.

we lodged at Lhotel Radisson Blu at Casablanca in the room 513,it was me and my husband.We spent there the best time. The staffs were amazing and very friendly and made sure we were happy our stay. The breakfast inclusive was delicious and filled with varieties that you would never get bored of. The services was beyond greatness. The room was very cleaned service were very kind. I will be coming back here with my children this time and will definitely be booking the city View.I can say the best hotel in Casablanca .
Syed and Abderahim was very friendly and helphul I can say the best staff in Radisson Blu I will say the hotel is 5 stars.

Moi et moi epoux ont a passes des meileur Vacances a lhotel Radisson Blu du 11/01/2025 entre 16/01/2025 au chambres 513 a casablanca . L acceuil etait tres chalereux durant toutes notre sejour .
Le petit dejeunes etait tres bons et frais delicieux avec des varietes gateaux ,Meme des fois ils nous offrais des gateaux sur le boite argentes pour emmenes dans notre chambres, les chambres etait tres propres, les dames de chambres etait tres gentilles et superbes.
On a passes des moment inoubliables avec le meileur service que j attendais pas je veux dire que c est le meileur hotel a Casablanca , on pense a revenir encore avec les enfants pour les vacances je dirais ces lhotel 5 etoiles .

A total joke

A total joke. Premium room on 20 floor - TV didn't work and 25 degrees in the room. No good light in the bathroom, couldn't see well enough to shave or put on make-up. No water pressure to speak of. The bed squeaked so hard, we couldn't in good conscience have any fun. The view was fine, but a horrible experience otherwise. When brought up to staff - they were sorry, but nothing else. No compensation or (empty) promises of doing better. Just - sorry, but not sorry. Premium room my a$$. We won't be back.

Misleading and dishonest

We booked rooms in Hamburg for two adults and three children. The hotel advertised two rooms with four beds to accommodate our needs. However after confirming the booking they contacted me to say each room had only one double bed and that I would be charged an extra €50 if I wanted an additional bed.

I refused to pay as they had promised me four beds. They then went on to explain that they sometimes offer rooms with two single beds but they can’t give me that as the third child would have nowhere to sleep. I pointed out that with one double bed in each room the third child would still have nowhere to stay and that the hotel knew this when they made my reservation.

They then cancelled my booking so I am now staying at the Holiday Inn who have made sure we all have beds without fuss.

Avoid this dishonest chain. They are time wasters, charlatans and rude to boot.

Excellent service

Fabulous night at Josef's restaurant with service by the lovely Jordan who made our Christmas night out so special. Enjoying cocktails in the bar afterwards was a lovely way to round of the night in a great venue

Kan ikke anbefale Radisson Århus til nogen!

Jeg har nu ventet flere dage på, at Radisson Århus vender tilbage min mail ift. en række bookinger næste år ifbm. en længere kursusrække. Jeg ringer dd. og får fat i en medarbejder, der ikke snakker dansk, som har svært ved at forstå engelsk, og som heller ikke kan omstille mig til nogen, der kan snakke dansk.
Vedkommende må ikke tage imod bookinger telefonisk, og han beder mig om at gensende min mail til en joint-mailadresse, som nogen måske kikker på. Det er virkelig elendig kundeservice, og jeg kan blive usikker på om det afspejler, hvordan selve opholdet vil blive på hotellet. Det har jeg dårlig mavefornemmelse med. Jeg tager mine bookinger til et andet og lidt mere seriøst sted :) Kan ikke anbefale Radisson Århus til nogen!
