GET PROPER CLEANERS.
Absolute disgrace. I've stayed at the Radisson Heathrow and Art'otel Hoxton, so I know the standards, but Radisson Red London Greenwich O2 is a health hazard. Checked out after 2 hours because the rooms were filthy. The Superior room stank so bad I felt sick, and I found hair in the bed plus thick dust everywhere. Four different rooms viewed of disappointment and dirt.
When I complained, they showed us a "VIP" room that was even worse- yellowing toilet brush, stains on the walls and door handles, and a filthy bathroom. There were even used hygiene gloves left on the floor in the corridor. To top it off, we couldn't even use the lift because housekeeping had it blocked with laundry, so we had to walk down from the 4th floor. The receptionist just shook their head at us. Date night completely ruined and had to pay for a new hotel last minute. Still waiting for a full refund. Avoid.

Dishonest staff be warned
The hotel was clean but I accidentally left my Bose earphones in the room. Contacted them they right away but they couldn’t “find” them even though I told them exactly where they were. Staff clearly dishonest and unprofessional - be warned!

I stayed at the Radisson Red and Conference Centre at Heathrow Airport on 30th January 2026. I pre booked this as a solo disabled (I suffer with epilepsy) traveller. I had emailed them to ask for a low floor room with a bath near facilities. Upon arrival. I was put in a 2nd floor room a 5 minute walk from reception and facilities. Not ideal after a very long journey. Lovely room and bath worked and a good nights sleep. That's where it all went pear shaped. Next morning I went to have a shower and that did not work at all and I didn't want a bath again. Phone didn't work to contact reception to get someone to sort it out. So went down for some breakfast. Reported it to the only staff on at the time who were very rude and said it would not be sorted until later after I had checked out. Food was ok but not up to standards would expect for price paid. Asked what time the bus back to the airport would be and had to rush to room to get case and bag as would be coming soon according to what they had told me. To then it not turning up and having to wait another half an hour for the next one to turn up or the same rude staff to pay and get a taxi. Certainly would not reccomend this hotel at all. Called and made a complaint and not heard from them at all.

I cannot fault the Radisson Red at Gatwick Airport. There was nothing I'd have changed or could have been better. For a budget price I had an exceptional stay. What stood out was the cleanliness, the modern updated decor, large, warm rooms, breakfast was well prepared with plenty of options, and staff were courteous, inviting and professional

Vi havde valgt et af hotellets dyreste og bedste værelser....44 kvm og terasse med udsigt over byen, til aros m.v.
Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhed
Alt er som man kan forvente... dog er adgangs forhold elendige, og elevatorer små kedelige og kører hellere gæster ned/ud end gæster der er på vej op/ind.
Værelset, den ene terasse dør var defekt ved ankomst, blev ikke repareret under opholdet, ikke engang blev det nævnt. Varmen er svær, hvis ikke umulig at styre.
Badeværelset, kalk i kanterne og bærer præg af for dårlig/hurtig rengøring

4. Pålæg som osten.

6. Det samme gælder tomat agurk mv.
7. Kager, jævnt kedelig bake off.
8. Stort set alt, var ikke varmt, kolde æbleskiver, kolde pølser, kold røræg osv osv.
Det er absolut intet der gør/ eller retfærdiggører en højerer pris end andre steder, tværtimod, har været på steder til halv pris hvor morgenmad er dobbelt så godt...

I lost time, money and went through a stressful situation, specifically i am traveling with the family.

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience
I had a confirmed booking for a suite for four people at Radisson RED in Belgium.
After the booking was completed and confirmed, the hotel cancelled it without any explanation at all.
What makes the situation even worse is that suddenly the suite category completely disappeared from all booking applications, as if it never existed.
After that, I was told that the only option available is to book two separate rooms for almost double the price.
This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a clear case of misleading customers.
If a room type is not actually available, it should not be offered in the first place — and certainly not cancelled after confirmation with no reason given.
This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial pressure, especially when traveling as a family.
I expected much better transparency and integrity from a hotel under the Radisson name.
I do NOT recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately left my Burberry jacket in Room 3117, with clear proof it was left there. I reported this immediately and spoke to the duty manager, Salman, on Sunday, who assured me he would get back to me. I received no update.
After chasing the hotel myself, I was later told the jacket had not been found. The lack of follow-up and poor handling of a serious issue is extremely disappointing. I am now left with no option but to consider legal action due to the hotel’s failure to resolve this matter.
Dirty hotel with poor customer service
Stayed in the Radison red London Twickenham. The toilet was broken and had excrement on the toilet seat. The Aircon would not cool the room down. there was a 15 minute queue for checkout the following warning due to inadequate staff. Very poor stay and poor customer service. When I contacted customer services, they asked me to bring photos with me when I check-in! Which clearly makes no sense considering I have already stayed in the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in Helsinki. The hotel is centrally located and stuff is really friendly. The food is good and rooms are very clean.I didn't like that they put me in a disabled room even though the room was booked a month earlier. The next day they gave me another room at my request. The ceiling in the rooms looks unfinished which was not visible in the pictures of the rooms that the hotel posted on its website.

Awful and Inconvenient car park system. They do not facilitate the appropriate payment method, leading to an unjust fine. Whereas, the reception team are redundant, failing to take initiative. Reflects the hotels overall incompetence.

Over booked parking, cars parked all over the curbs and driving around in an unsafe manor. Customer service very bad! They don’t answer the phone, and they are not helpful at all, over priced food which is very average. A lot of better places to stay. Advise any friends to stay elsewhere, strongly recommend finding other accommodation if your in the area.
A Truly Disappointing Stay
A Truly Disappointing Stay – Unacceptable for a Hotel of This Standard
We are Radisson premium members and had high expectations when booking Radisson RED Glasgow for a very special event at the SEC, Ovo Hydro, and Armadillo between 25th–27th July, which brought in over 12,000 attendees. Sadly, not only did the hotel fall short of expectations—it became one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had, and we weren't alone. Dozens of fellow guests shared similar frustrations.
Despite the hotel knowing months, more than any year, in advance about the scale and importance of this event, they inexplicably chose to host rooftop parties on the 9th Floor, starting Friday night, pounding music and bass through the entire building. The noise was unbearable—vibrations could be felt through our bed pillows on the 2nd floor. It continued until midnight, even though half the hotel guests were up for breakfast at 6:30am to attend the event.
When I phoned the night manager to ask why a rooftop party had been approved during such a critical weekend, I was told it was a mistake in the events management. That was Friday. Unfortunately, it happened again Saturday until 11pm, and even louder on Sunday night. Three consecutive nights of disrupted rest. There was no resolve offered other than a refund for a bad night's sleep. Money does not fix these problems.
Customers paid £180 (as an event discount) for comfort and service, we recieved none of this.
I even suggested to the manager that the rooftop bar might actually generate more revenue if left open for hotel guests to relax, dine, and unwind—instead of turning into a club-like venue that alienated paying guests. He agreed, surprisingly. Yet nothing changed.
To add insult to injury, our friends staying in other hotels wanted to come enjoy a drink or food at the SkyBar—but were turned away due to the blaring nightclub atmosphere. A real missed opportunity and a slap in the face to loyal customers.
This "nightclub" has also disturbed our friends during the night at the Hilton Hotel next across the road from the Radisson RED.
We’ve stayed with Radisson in other cities and had consistently positive experiences. We’ve recommended the brand to friends and family. But this Glasgow RED branch? A complete shambles.
Other unacceptable issues included:
No replenishment of tea, coffee, or water in the rooms. We had to chase reception daily to get basic hospitality supplies.
They ran out of bottled water, which is supposed to be complimentary for Radisson members.
A friend a few rooms away had a blocked shower, which flooded her bathroom daily. Despite reporting it multiple times, it still wasn’t fixed three days later. She had to use towels to mop the floor, then carry them down to the lobby each day to be replaced—because she didn't want to leave soaked towels lying in the room.

Matt, Jousef and Avinash were so welcoming and friendly, I arrived with 2 friends for the first time in Ireland and was so surprised by the hospitality offered by all of them, I would 100% come back based on their behaviour, thank you so much!
RADISSON RED NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE
We booked early for 1 night early in May 2025. Cost for 1 double room £1??.00 We had to change the date. Then it cost for 1 night double room was £240. We got to the room, 2 cups of coffee, no little biscuit (you usually get them with your hot drinks, not a deal breaker but would have been more welcoming) nothing in the fridge. Not even a bottle of water. I had to ask at reception later at night for water to take meds.
Went looking for the bar and were told we couldnt use the downstairs bar as it was closing. This was just after 10pm.
They ushered us into a lift to the Sky Bar and it was so busy we couldn't get a seat. They kept pushing more and more people in until it was just so uncomfortable we had to leave and go to our rooms. So what could have been a nice night was spoiled by an early retreat to our rooms. (The rooms with the 2 cups of coffee and no bottles of water).
We had been treated like cattle for a whopping £240. We were with my son and daughter in law who had recommended the hotel. To say they were embarrassed was un understatement. We had friends stay in the Moxy on the same night and they loved it. We’ve been in Premier Inns and been treated better. The Radisson Red could learn a thing or 2 from the Moxy and the Hilton. We wont be back.

First time hearing about this hotel. I think it’s very unique and artistic and a great place to stop at. The check it went smoothly, the room is clean and non-smoking. The hotel has a restaurant and the add on breakfast has a good variety of things to choose from. The food does not hurt my sensitive stomach. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Even though the windows don’t open my severe allergies have not been affected. Everyone looks happy with their jobs and it makes a big impact on the week we spend with them. The only thing missing for a super long stay would be a microwave but again they have a restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner so food is always available & a snack shop. Very nice brand of hotel with a unique vibe and attention to details in their service. I highly recommend and look forward to seeing their other locations.
