I absolutely love my bike (Rad Rhino 6 Plus), it’s sturdy and very powerful. I initially had a connection error but Rad were very helpful and it doesn’t take long to get through to customer service when you call them. I have only been driving the bike for a week, but so far so good!

Eigentlich müsste ich Minus-Sterne vergeben. Ich habe das Radwagon 4 1,5 Jahre lang. Andauern nur Probleme: Bremsscheiben, Steuerun, Motor, Bremsen, Rückrufaktion (mehrere Monate auf Ersatzteile gewartet), zuletzt Error 25. Mehrfaches Zurücksetzen bringt nichts, kommt immer wieder. Meine E-Mails werden vom Kundenservice ignoriert. Extrem schlecht. Bloß nicht dieses Fabrikat kaufen!

Very relieved to land one of the three RadWagons in the Garage Sale. Didn't expect them to be still unsold when I got to the front of queue but, I got lucky.
My advice for future attendees is to get there really early for the best choice.
Shout out to all the friendly, helpful staff on the day. They are a great team!!!

Leider sehr schlechter Kundenservice.
Habe vor kaum 6 Monaten ein Radrunner 1 mit viel Zubehör erworben. Das Bike wird seit 2 Monaten (Sommersaison) genutzt und macht seit 3 Wochen Probleme.
Trotz professionellen Aufbaus und guter Wartung meinerseits.
Der Hinterrad quietscht an der Nabe und der Heckmotor macht sehr unangenehme Schleifgeräusche während der Fahrt.

Vom Kundenservice wird man vertröstet, dass dies alles normale Betriebsgeräusche wären. "Ich könne ja den Motor in einer anderen Werkstatt öffnen und kontrollieren lassen. Nachschauen lassen, ob was kaputt ist".

Der Austausch gegen ein funktionales Hinterrad wird abgetan, weil dies angeblich kein Grund für Garantie sei.

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht vom Service und der Anwalt ist kontaktiert.

There’s a nice and vibrant team! It was garagesale, a lot of people came, the handling was great! I didn’t expect to catch a bike, but fortunately the team found more bikes to sell in the garagesale, so I was lucky! Great!!

Bonjour j ai un radwagon année 2021 j aimerais acheter les accessoires. Mais à chaque fois que le site ils disent compatible rad wagon 4. Est ce que quelqu’un sait me dire si avec mon model je peux acheter le caboose, coussins et marche pied ? Pour mon vélo 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ik kocht mijn Radrhino 6 + in december 2022 en nu 5 maanden later heb ik 3250 kilometer afgelegd met deze super bike waar veel e-bikers jaloers naar kijken terwijl ze op hele dure fietsen rijden,kleine kinderen staan te juichen of zwaaien als ze me zien fietsen en ook heel veel wooow dat is een mooie en de opmerking :dat is geen fiets maar dat is een motor.
de fiets rijd heel fijn en je kunt bijna elk terein berijden ,gras sneeuw modder bospaden gravel allemaal geen probleem .
helaas brak een pinnetje van kleine display op het stuur maar na een foto gestuurd te hebben naar de service afdeling van RPB kreeg ik een vriendelijk mailtje en een week later had ik een nieuw display kosteloos ontvangen dus ook goede service.

Wollen für Ihre Fehler beim Radwagon 4 (mangelhafte Reifen, Schläuche und Felgenbänder) nicht die Arbeitskosten einer Fachwerkstatt tragen. Als Entschädigung für den Nutzungsausfall über Monate gibt es eine lächerliche Garantieverlängerung! Frechheit und Finger weg!!!

Update zum Kommentar:
Brauchen mehr als 6 Monate um Ersatzteile produzieren zu lassen und sind nicht in der Lage in Deutschland einen Dienstleister (ZEG, etc.) zu beauftragen bzw. selbst den Tausch durchzuführen und wollen dann nicht die Rechnung einer Fachwerkstatt vollständig bezahlen!!!
P.S. Vorgang liegt Eurem Support vor. Wenn ich die Restsumme nicht bis Ende Mai erhalte, geht der Vorgang vor Gericht, wie Euch bereits angekündigt.

I ordered a new tire and brakes for my bike. It was fast and easy. My things arrived very quickly.

Snelle levering van bestelde onderdelen. Vragen worden snel beantwoord en zeer duidelijk instructie filmpjes op YouTube.

I gladly recommend Rhino to anyone who would like to have a nicely crafted, fun-to-ride fat bike. It is well built (for this price level) and rather easy to put together (assembly instructions are great and there is nothing complicated for anyone who can do essential bike maintenance).
I find it comfy even with a stock seat (frequent complaints from many users), as long as you adjust tire pressure (which is a kind of idea with fat tires). Front and back lights are only good for day rides, but buying a good set of rechargeable lights is not a big investment. The general feeling about riding it is really great. The only minus in terms of the ride experience is the steep hills. This is an extremely heavy bike and even with level 5 support and hard push do not expect to go faster than 20km/h. That means a lot of electric scooters will zoom by you on the uphills. It's a shame that the engine doesn't give more support on the uphill. I don't have an issue with a general limit of 25km/h for EU, just a power that it gives uphill up to that speed limit. RAD, you could have done that better. especially since most of the other producers do not really stick to the 250W limit but only to the 25km/ cut-off.
And for the end, 2 examples of great customer service: 1) I managed to brake a clamp on the remote (controls for turning the bike on, etc.) by over-tightening it (yes it is very gentle). They sent me a replacement free of charge. 2) I bought a bike at an autumn sales price (1,699EUR if I recall exactly). Three weeks later RAD started Black Friday with a crazy discount prize (1,199EUR) and they sent me an email about not wanting me to feel left out of that opportunity and returned me the price difference of 500EUR. I would be happy with this bike even with the previous price tag.

The bike and products I received was exceptional every day I ride my rad I just so happy .The quality is the best I got a step thru bike it's just prefect for my size

The quality of the product is very good. It was easy to put together with the aid of the video and handbook. Delivery was on time. A friend who had bought a bike a couple of weeks before me did so just before the sale started, however the company contacted him and refunded the difference because he had bought his bike so close to the sale period, he didn't even ask for this.

since I got my bike the Radrhino 6 Plus I want to ride every week, every day, every minute, I love the bike.
I have the bike now 5 months and 2,500 km on the clock.
easy to do maintenance, and if it gets too difficult there is online guidance.
the best buy in my life.
