Schnelle Lieferung ,gute Preise und Qualität.

Ich habe bereits 2 Räder und einiges an Zubehör bei Rad Power Bikes Europe bestellt. Ich kann nichts negatives berichten. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Ansonsten sind wir mit den Rädern völlig zufrieden. Preis/Leistung passt. Tip: Bei Kaufinteresse immer mal auf die Black-Friday Deals warten, lohnt sich....

Ik heb meerdere ebikes gehad.
Deze is de beste qua alles.
Goede actieradius, fijne snelheid.
Super premium koplamp.
Perfect voor al mijn dagelijkse bezigheden.
Rijd gemiddeld 25 km Per dag.

1) Upon reception of the bike, we realized that it is *not* meant for riders under a certain height. This needed to be specified on the website but was not ! Now we are stuck with a “family” bike that is only suited for certain (male) members of the family and we will have to invest in another bike especially for my small stature. Apparently this pb has since been addressed so guess it’s just too bad for us for having been early adapters...

2) After one week of use, an inner tube exploded and after days of research and phone calls we realized that Rad was out of stock and no other retailers carried the replacement. Shortly thereafter, we were contacted by the company who stated that our bike had a recognized flaw and that we would have to wait for them to re-design the inner-tube and replace said part. In the meantime we were invited to *not* attempt to repair or replace the part on our own as it would represent a danger to the rider. 6 months later, we finally received the replacement part. Needless to say, we did a lot of driving in those 6 months...Would NOT recommend.

Had a fantastic bike ride together with my wife through the Duch Dunes near Zandvoort on our new Rad Rinoes 5. The Rad people were fantastic in assisting me with the choice of bike to buy, this was our first experiance with electric bikes and we love it. i will recommend Rad Bikes to family and freinds.

Leek eerst leuk. Na een jaar maak ik de balans op. Veel problemen gehad. Banden zijn dun en snel lek. Moeilijk te krijgen vanwege incourante maat. Error 30. Foutmelding. Stekkertjes los en vast halen in de hoop van verbetering... Voorvork is instabiel... stuur moet je echt met twee handen vasthouden anders ga je slingeren... Slechte aftersales: er is gewoon geen oplossing en reserveonderdelen zijn niet te krijgen. Gewoon een miskoop.

Overall, my Radwagon is quite useful, and I bought it for less than the equivalent options available at the time of purchase (in 2019).
In the long run, the bike seems unfortunately not very sturdy. The rear wheel has become seriously warped. The repairman to whom I brought it expressed serious doubts about the factory settings. Some spokes were tightened to the point of almost breaking the threads, while others were completely loose.

Après une semaine d utilisation c’est un vélo qui est agréable à la conduite.

Pour des pentes et montées à haut dénivelé sur grande distance c’est limité et cela demande un effort important car c’est un mono vitess

Dans l’ensemble c’est un très bon vélo pour du plat et des faibles pentes et l’assistance fonctionne très bien.

L’assemblage du vélo est simple et la trousse à outils est fourni.

L’autonomie est correcte pour un usage de 50 km/semaine

From the first contact with the young and enthusiastic people from RadRhino I knew I will buy the bike. Since I was not sure which one they brought it to me while sailing on river cruise ship so I can experience the RadRhino magic. I was amazed with approach and with bike. It took me some time to purchase bike after that because I was waiting for newer model but I didn’t give up. And in mean time I had chance to test several e-bikes and none of them is even close to style, endurane and quality. And if you compare prices than you go in even bigger surprise, you get more than value for money! I can only say that one of the best investments in my life is RadRhino bike 6! Congratulations guys well done!

Je suis très content de mon achat. Ce vélo. est un peu lourd a manipuler mais par contre est très léger pour rouler, ont ce sent en sécurité de plus il est très confortable, j'ai 87 ans et ne regrette pas mon achat

Gisteren voor onderhoud in het Service Centrum te Utrecht geweest. Ik was netjes op tijd en werd vriendelijk welkom geheten. Hierop zijn de werkzaamheden, die ik had doorgegeven, met mijn doorgesproken en zijn deze uitgevoerd, onder het genot van een cappuccino. Vriendelijke mensen, goede communicatie, goed advies gekregen en meer dan redelijke prijzen. Ik ben blij.

Bei allen elektrischen Problemen mit meinem RadRhino 6 wurde mir vom Kundendienst geholfen und Austauschteile zur Verfügung gestellt.
