Helpful, patient and incredibly dedicated to getting my things safely from the US to Germany! Everything was packed so carefully that even my almost entirely glass PC case showed up in perfect condition. I really cannot thank Dave and co for all their hard work!

I moved half-way around the world at the end of 2021. It was a hard time to manage international shipping but Rainier was very responsive every step of the way. Their partners both packing in California and unpacking in Victoria were great. They were all respectful working in our home and worked hard. We shipped a whole house of stuff and all arrived safely except 4 plates, a vase and a 1 inch gash in a sofa.
The only reason I did not score them 5/5 was because the it all took longer and cost a little more than we had all planned. I don't think that was Rainier's fault, but it was a long process.

We moved during the harrowing covid months in 2020 when international air tickets were far and few in-between. But the minute we were booked on a flight, we let Don know. He was able to get us sorted in a less than a week.

He took care of everything for us. We did not have to worry about a thing. His team packed our apartment within five hours - including TV and some furniture. This allowed us to focus on other things. It was such a relief to have their help. They were superbly professional, well-mannered and respectful of our items. They always checked with us if they were unsure of how to handle things. Even after everything was shipped, Don remained in touch to let us now how things were going and where our items were. As predicted, our possessions arrived to the other end of the World three months after we left. The partner-team handling our things on this end was respectful and professional. Not a single item was missing or damaged. Everything was in good shape.

Great communication - explained the process thoroughly, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, etc- which was essential with such a major move in a stressful time. I found Rainier Overseas Movers Inc to be professional and easy to work with. All my enquiries were answered promptly and clearly. Their pricing was reasonable. All my furniture and belongings arrived without any breakages.

I had made plans to work and study abroad before the Coronavirus Pandemic was declared. When it was time to pack up my apartment in Los Angeles and travel to Israel in February 2020, it was already clear that major disruptions could affect my relocation and I wanted a very reputable and experienced company. I read multiple reviews and finally decided on Rainier Overseas Movers.

Mark Lawson worked with me to estimated my shipping costs and arrange pickup, storage, transport and customs clearance. I left the United States shortly before the pandemic was declared, but my shipment was still in the United States. No one had experienced a pandemic move before, but Mark and Rainer were still able to load my shipment onto a container ship in the middle of the pandemic.

Despite being hit by the greatest disaster in our lifetime, Rainier was able to meet both their time and cost estimates to ship my items overseas. The process of packing, storing, shipping, customs clearance, and unpacking far exceeded my expectations for normal times, let alone what were comparable to war time conditions. I highly recommend Rainier Overseas Movers. If they can do such a great job when blindsided by a 100 year pandemic, I am sure they will do a great job in less challenging conditions.
