The design is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the poncho is not rainproof at all. I used it in a light shower, biking ten minutes - and the sleeves of my shirt were very wet from just that. Making it essentially stylish but useless...

I received help with the order that was lost. That was shipment to Poland and due to courier mistake I didn't receive my order. I asked for help and it was very prompt and I received totally new item. That was great experience, not every company has such great customer service. I didn't even have to even explain or send any proofs etc. That was absolutely amazing.

The carrier lost my package but Rainkiss answered my email right away and solved it for me directly. So happy with the poncho, 100% waterproof.

The ponchos are beautiful, so cheerful and uplifting to brighten a rainy day! I bought the wrong size to my dog and I needed to change the size. The customer service was efficient and helpful. I highly recommend Rainkiss.

Ik gebruik de poncho voor het wandelen met de hond. Ik heb de poncho in de auto zodat ik nooit overvallen kan worden door slecht weer. Hij gaat gewoon over je jas heen. Je kunt ook makkelijk nog met je handen in je “jas”zak.
Super leuke designs dus ik krijg vaak complimenten. Goede aanschaf. Ik ben er blij mee.

Great fast service, discounted if buying multiples - I ordered 3 - one for me and one each for my 2 daughters, 8 and 10. Striking designs, waterproof (it was tipping down today in Paris and I didn’t get wet!), decent coverage on the bike although did have to make a little adjustment a few times to ensure my knees were covered.

The girls loved them too - only downside is it sizes quite small so the arms are already pretty short on them with the hood being super ample for me (fab - can even put over helmet) but theirs a little tight.

A youth version a little bigger / longer in length and the arms / less snug at the hood would be my suggestion and a fantastic add to the inventory!

Depuis ma commande, il y a plus de 3 semaines, et malgré mes 3 messages au service client, je n’ai aucune nouvelle de RainKiss, de mon pancho et de mes 80 euros qui on bien été débité. Du vol tout simplement.

The product is nice, but if there are any problems with your order good luck. They have a contact form on their website and a contact email address, but don't expect a response soon or if ever.

I would only order from here if you're fine also not getting what you ordered.

I bought this gorgeous stylish rainkiss poncho last year for a festival but didn’t use it as the weather was dry. This year I attended a rainy festival. It poured down all day and wore the poncho. I looked great but I got soaked!!! So disappointed!!

I never write reviews, but the service at this company is more than great. They reserve an award! Beside the service… the poncho is great and beautiful. Expensive? Good quality rainclothing is expensive and this one is word every euro.

I really wanted to write a review because I hesitated buying one for so long becauseof mixed reviews and they are expensive to purchase if you've no idea what they are going to be like. I absolutely love mine! I'm in the UK and it arrived in a few days and packaged lovely, the quality is amazing. If you are like me I live on the coast and always out walking with the dog it really gets it's use. It is waterproof and the hood is really well designed to stay in place and protect your face. I am 5ft1 and it comes just above my ankle which is perfect for me. I'll definitely buy another.

SIMPLY AMAZING! Not sure why there are negative reviews about these ponchos because mine is truly amazing.
The colours and design is fabulous and striking and something no-one here in the UK has.
I did a 26 mile hike in the Lake District (UK). It rained continuously for 9hrs, non stop rain. So I put my poncho on. I did not get wet at all, was bone dry. I had a huge back pack on and because the ponchos are so generous in size it fully covered my back pack and me down to my knees. The sleeves are long so still fully covered my arm and wrists. The hood is fantastic. So many waterproof jackets hoods do not fully cover my head because most girls have their hair up in a pony tail, so the hoods never fit properly. The hood on these ponchos is once again so good in size and fully covers even over your eyes. Buttons up to the neck and a toggle to tighten if needs be, means you are fully covered. There are buttons down the side of the poncho and the bottom, not sure what these are for, maybe to cover if you are on a bike or something. I did think these would make my legs wet because it's not fully stitched down to the hem, but it doesn't at all.
It rains a lot in the UK so I will get a lot of use out of mine.
All I can say is that my Rainkiss poncho allowed me to do my 26 mile hike in the pouring rain and stay dry.
They are completely waterproof and worth every penny.

I have two smiley ponchos for myself and two for my dogs. Love the dog ones, so easy to put on and dry quickly.
My ones are not waterproof. I have had them for a while but haven’t used them until recently. I got utterly soaked through within 15/20 minutes. So disappointed as I love the design, but not at all fit for purpose - expensive mistake!
