Great Customer Service
Dylanni was a fantastic representative who helped rectify an issue with my account, as well as setting up a new account belonging to my son. I had gotten some conflicting information which affected the promotions but she was able to get it all fixed by escalating the matter. She also called me back directly to assure me that the problems were resolved. Thank you, Dylanni.

Eric was very easy to understand
Eric was very easy to understand, calm, and professional. He put me at ease even though we didn't always see the same things on screen(s), he never lost patience. He had the best voice I've heard in a long time doing this type of work. (Actually, I am a voice teacher!)

I use Raisin to "raise" the money for…
I use Raisin to "raise" the money for my taxes. I used to collect for the year and pay it all at once, but now they insist I pay quarterly which is a huge pain in the neck! So I take the money out of Raisin to pay quarterly. I will be depositing more money for the next payment, in December. I appreciate all the help your staff has given me, always reliable and uncomplaining! Thank you.

Five-star customer service
Thankfully, Raisin bucks the frustrating choice of too many companies to automate their toll-free customer service line by manning it with warm, welcoming CS agents -- like Crystallan. She worked with me through several interactions to work through some technological issues that threatened to put the kibosh on my plans to expand my holdings with Raisin. Five stars for her and the other member of the CS team that helped me stay the course!
