Pretty good but sometimes it will put my shopping onto the American website ie.Gap.com instead of the Canadian site ie. Gap.ca - also it default enters my work email and I can’t change it even though I have it saved correctly on my profile.

Use Rakuten for many years, and littler by little, I already get over $1200 cash back. If I would pay more attention, could be much more !!!

Love getting my cheque to shop

This is not intrusive. It offers good variety and for someone who shops a lot it is very helpful.
Even though I only actually use it for a few places it is still worthwhile.

Anytime I have had an issue, the customer service reps get back to me very quickly and the issue is usually resolved in less than a day.

I’m very disappointed with the outcome of a recent interaction where I was refused a rebate. I followed the exact same Rakuten process I’ve used successfully for many other purchases—starting from Rakuten, completing the transaction in one session, with no external coupons or extensions, and with cookies enabled. The item also met the listed Cash Back terms at the time of purchase.

The response provided only generic reasons, none of which apply in my case. This appears more like a tracking or attribution issue than an eligibility issue, and I would have expected a more specific explanation or resolution.

My question has not been 100% resolved yet, but I enormously appreciate that Rakuten has kept in touch with me, all along the way, to let me know that Rakuten is still working on my ticket. I have always found Rakuten's customer service to be absolutely top-notch. I love Rakuten!

It's easy to add Rakuten points. Would like more consistency on when they appear. Enjoy the higher percentage. Keep up the good work!!

I shopped the stores I like, especially when they have increased cash back.
It can really add up people I’ve had a check come to me every quarter can go anywhere from $500-$1500. Which is a bonus above what you shop.

It literally works! Super easy to use and even has pop ups to remind you and you have options on how to get your money (cheque or e-transfer). I also like that if for some reason cash back didn't work you can contact them to investigate

Easy to use and actually pays out

I never shop on line now without checking to see if any additional discounts are available. It does add up and love receiving cash back from stores that have this option. I love up to 15% cash back on some promotions- definitely an incentive to shop at the retailer than one with out it!

Exxelent service and awards program

I am always looking for ways to save money or get a little more back. Rakuten does both. Great communication on when my favorite stores have deals too.

Great company and customer service. I've been using them since 2015 and have enjoyed the savings! Recently a bit more strict with discounts, which is reasonable. Have to make sure pop ups are allowed when using.

Great deals. Nice to earn extra money with online purchases.
