Love this app! I've been a faithful follower for years and have received a substantial return on my purchases. UNBEATABLE!!

I love to shopping, so being able to earn money while doing something I already enjoy is a huge plus. Rakuten make it really easy to get cash back on everyday purchases, and the process is simple and straightforward.

I just shop through their platform, and the cash back adds up over time. It's a great feeling knowing I'm getting something back from purchases I would have made anyway.

If you enjoy online shopping, I definitely recommend Rakuten-it's an easy way to save and earn at the same time.

I registered the Rakuten app and also open the shop with rakuten, but supposetively I had not activated anything while I made the purchase and lost a lot of money in returns (15%). Beware for the scam

I have been using Rakuten for all my shopping for many years now. Customer service has been excellent with troubleshooting issues; the team members all have excellent professionalism and respond in a timely manner. I have been consistently recommending Rakuten to all my family and friends, as it has been extremely vital to my shopping needs, and, as a single parent, every rebate, coupon, and every discount helps me meet my little ones' needs and treat them on holidays.

Rakuten is literally free money... I have earned over $250 cash back with Rakuten, between hotel stays, clothing, and new phone purchases. Rakuten pays out on SO MANY different websites, and they are constantly running bonus cash promotions. Definitely check them out (and try to get a referral - they pay nice!)

Tracking the shopping trips is a great feature, we know where had been

Rakuten sent a reminder to cash my Big Fat Cheque, but I hadn’t received anything in the mail. I changed my payment method to Interac e-Transfer and contacted customer service about the missing cheque. They responded promptly, resolved the issue within a couple of weeks, and kept me updated throughout. I highly recommend using Rakuten for online purchases — they’re reliable and quick to handle missing cashback.

Ebates used to be a great, reliable way to save some money on purchases. Since rebranding to Rakuten things have gotten steadily worse. Big retailers no longer participating, or reducing the cash back rate to insignificant levels. Having to manually chase after "missing" cash back.

But Rakuten is still happy to advertise "great" offers, getting you to buy more and more with the promise that 10+% of your purchase is going to end up back in your pocket. And then they turn around and deny your cash back on a whim, blaming the merchant for "ineligible" orders. Meanwhile the merchant doesn't care, they already have your money.

Don't believe them any more.

There are so many retailers that you can almost always find the store/product you are looking for

What's not to love? I simply go through Rakuten when I order something from certain stores and then get money deposited in my account! So easy and so rewarding. I actually look for stores that work with Rakuten!

Overall smooth experience and payback on time.

Happy to save a few more $ when making travel plans
