7 yr old coming for SEN sessions and 1:1 lessons. Terrific coach (Tyler) easily formed a connection with him. His confidence, speed (& posture) has increased. After 3 sessions he appears to have mastered the beginners area.Most of the staff are extremely welcoming. Only downside would be the music volume; seems to fluctuate dependant on staff that day. Music choices (for participants age) isnt always the best. Overall, a great day out for the kids. Excellent range of ramps etc for all levels. No hesitation in recommending 100%. Weekends are particularly good deal with a day pass

My order has not arrived, the Royal Mail tracking number is invalid, so I called the park. My call was answered promptly, I gave the order number, and was promised a call back to sort out what was happening. I’m still waiting!! This is NOT good customer service, particularly as I explained the item was a birthday gift. Back to the phones for me today then. Not how I wanted to start my day.

it’s been a week since i purchased an item, paid extra for next day delivery. sent two emails regarding my order with no response.

tracking suggests rampworx have “sent” my order a couple days but royal mail haven’t received it. no communication. terrible

Website stated 2-3 day delivery I ordered Mini Logo Bearings expecting it to arrive fast they took over 2 weeks to arrive due to the item not being dispatched for 10 days by Rampworx then I had to wait for Royal Mail to deliver it. I have read similar reviews of customers recieving slow service. Can get items delivered faster from China!

I still haven't received the product and it's been a week. It was sent on a 2-3 day delivery. Looking at other trust pilot review, this is a common issue.

Bought a Mafia bike costing almost £600 to be delivered to RAMPWORX in Liverpool where the skate park is, for them to build it and I’d collect it from there. I received an email confirming this.

However, I received a message from APC overnight delivery saying the bike would be delivered the following day.

I rang RAMPWORX Liverpool who advised me to bring the bike over to the warehouse to be buil and I’d collect it once done.

BUT the box the bike was in was that big I couldn’t fit it in my 4x4 TIGUAN, so I had to pay a bike assembler £50 to build the bike on my drive to ensure the warranty remained intact!

ABSOLUTE JOKE AND SCAM ON THE PURCHASER WHO IS LANDED WITH BUILDING THE BIKE FROM SCRATCH - WHICH SAVED THEM TIME AND MONEY! JOKE, JOKE, JOKE!

Easy straight forward transaction, arrived promptly. Grandkids love the scooter fingerboard.

Very late in arriving. This was a Christmas present which didn't arrive in time. It said delivery 2 to 3 days and took nearly 2 weeks so bad service

Scooter came and it has a scratch on the frame. Its rainbow coloured and has a big white scratch mark on the frame unfortunalty

Kids loved it. Premises could do with some TLC in places but as a charity (?) style set up it was a great afternoon for the kids. We thought 3 hours as a session length would be too long but the kids loved it and weren't ready to leave at the end so clearly it works!

Absolutely brilliant service, original bike was out of stock & I needed a bike with in a time frame for my son’s birthday. I was offered a choice on different ones but similar and I was also offered a more expensive bike for the same price as the original one I ordered. The bike arrived within 24h of ordering and my son loves it! (Mafia TTO Bomma LAVA)

My son absolutely loves going to rampworx, he does scooter riding, we buy the weekly pass as it is great value! fantastic place to learn new skills, exercise and make friends he also had attended the holiday club which he loves and asks everytime he’s off school if they are running

One word. MOLLY! The young lady who works at Rampworx Bootle. What an exceptionally nice, friendly, extremely helpful girl she is. She gives her time freely and keeps in contact with u during ur “waiting to pick up” time which I have to say was not a long time at all. I can’t praise her enough. She is your greatest asset.
