We purchased a property through Ramsey Moore.
It was a very difficult chain which had issues popping up all the time. Mark was always available to sort any issues out, and would regularly keep in contact with all conveyancers and estate agents in the chain to make sure that everyone was moving in the right direction.
I genuinely believe that without Mark at Ramsey Moore that we would have never been able to complete our move.

We had a a somewhat challenging move but the support and guidance from Tony was second to none. Also I would also like to say a big thank you to Lindsey who supported us throughout the process and was always available with support. Even though it wasn't plain sailing through no fault of Ramsey Moore, Tony and Lindsey guided us and we had some laughs which made the experience enjoyable, thank you both

I have viewed so many properties around Greater London in the last 9 months with all renowned Estate Agents. 8 or 9 houses on the same day including the house at Dagenham which I have just bought. We have done the completion within 6 weeks (excluding the bank holidays). Lindsay, Property Consultant at Ramsey Moore helped me to view the property and help us all the way for the speedy completion. They are not only professional but also go above and beyond excellent customer service.

Firstly a huge thank you to Tony who helped me from start to finish. I had tried to sell my house through a different agent previously with no luck. Tony came on board and helped me sell for the full asking price and communicated with me every step of the way. When I was mega stressed he totally calmed me and even helped me with paper work that I was panicking with. Couldn’t ask for a better agent, and would highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you 😊

Derek went over & above with his dedication to the sale of my house, my calls were always returned quickly & professionally.
Any worries or advice I needed was always speedily arranged & I was constantly undated throughout the process without the need for me to prompt or make unnecessary calls.
What could have been a very stressful situation was made extremely un stressful .
