Rarerootlabs Opiniões

Ive received 2 orders back to back and both orders are spectacular!! Frank and his team are absolutely amazing. If your looking for quality and fantastic communication rare roots lab is the place.

Great selection of the most highly sought after collector plants to add to your own collection, or for resale. Plants are priced better than any larger competitors like Orange Lake.

The business was very quick to respond to every message. My plants were sent 2nd day air after a small delay due to their attendance to PlantCon and all plants arrived healthy and as ordered.

Using this seller as my main supplier from now on and letting go of OrchidBox

Again couldn’t be happier with the experience at Rarerootlabs!!!! Frank is always top notch and always willing to help his customers out!!!! Great pricing, prompt service, great inventory, great shipping just great all around

This company goes well above and beyond 🙌 they are transparent, honest, and fabulous to work with!

Excellent plants and tissue culture quality. Service for their customers is top notch! Frank and his team go above and beyond to give transparency, amazing deals and service to clients.

Great experience, ordered my plants one day and in the mail the next can’t beat that!

Customer Service is fantastic. Everything arrived packed nicely, I chose to do individual packaging. Communication is quick and open. I can message with any question and get a fast response. Highly recommend rare root labs!

Was pleasantly surprised to stumble across such a great local business! I specialize in rare houseplants, and this was my first time trying tissue culture. Picked them up and every one looks so healthy, and Frank gave great kind advice! Cant wait to shop more!

I run a small plant business, and I’m so glad I found Rare Root Labs! I recently ordered over 100 plants from them, and Frank made the entire process so easy from start to finish. He handled everything with care, worked quickly, and made sure I got every plant I needed.

What I appreciate most is how responsive and reliable Frank is. He always answers my texts, takes the time to answer my questions, and stays on top of everything. It’s not easy finding someone who genuinely cares about their customers and follows through the way he does.

I’m really happy to have found Rare Root Labs and look forward to doing more business with them. Thank you, Frank, for taking such good care of us!

We've placed two recent tissue culture import orders with Rare Roots Labs, and both experiences have been outstanding. The plants arrived healthy, well-packaged, and in excellent condition, with strong root systems and impressive overall quality. Every variety matched expectations, and the consistency between orders gave us confidence in their propagation and handling processes.
Communication was professional, order fulfillment was smooth, and the attention to detail was evident from start to finish. As a growing plant business, finding a reliable tissue culture supplier is incredibly important, and Rare Roots Labs has exceeded our expectations on both imports.
We're extremely pleased with our purchases and look forward to continuing to work with Rare Roots Labs in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality tissue culture plants backed by excellent service.

Smooth transaction, quick shipping . Top-notch company. Would definitely recommend.

Super understanding seller. Good communication, cant wait for my next order! 🙌🏻

I could not be happier with my order from Rare Root Lab! The tissue cultures arrived in exceptional condition—honestly, nearly perfect. The agar was crystal clear, the roots and stems were strong and healthy, and every plant was well established and beautifully grown.

Their customer service was just as impressive. Response times were incredibly fast, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process, from ordering through shipping and delivery.

Excellent plants, excellent communication, and an excellent overall experience. Rare Root Lab has absolutely earned my future business, and I will definitely be ordering again!

Great quality plants and great service. Repeat customer for sure!

I just received a large order from RareRootLabs and wanted to share my experience because I was genuinely impressed.

The communication throughout the entire process was top notch, and the ordering process itself couldn’t have been easier. I’m also very pleased with the products I received.

I did have an error with two of the items. I reached out to Frank, and he was incredibly responsive and took care of everything right away. No hassle, no runaround — he resolved the issues immediately, which I really appreciated.

Things can occasionally go wrong with an order, but for me, what really says a lot about a company is how they handle those situations. Frank handled everything quickly and professionally, and I never felt like I was being given the runaround.

Overall, I was very pleased with both the plants and the service I received. It’s clear that RareRootLabs, and Frank, takes care of their customers and stands behind what they sell. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again and look forward to building a long-term relationship with them. Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience with Rare Root Labs-- highly recommend! The quality of the tissue cultures is amazing, I got straight 5-star reviews from my customers when I shipped them RRL cultures. Frank is super communicative, responding to emails pretty much any hour of the day, answering questions and working with me on my orders. It's a mixture of ease-of-ordering, great prices, consistency in shipping scheduling and TAT, great communication, and above all else, happy and healthy tissue cultures! For orders this important (and not to mention, this size and $), you really have to have trust in the vendor--that's why I keep coming back to RRL.

Excellent communication, fast shipping and excellent packaging. Will order again!
