What a great company! From the first time I called for a quote to the final installation, service was excellent. I replaced my 22 yr old York AC and heater with the Bryant 2 Stage Preferred series and WIFI thermostat. Chris, Sales, and Vonn, Installer, were nothing but customer oriented through the entire process. Highly recommend this local company for your HVAC needs!

I purchased and had installed by R & D Heating, Cooling & Electric a Generac total house Generator and they were the most Professional,Trustworthy and Reliable Company that I have ever had do work in my home. I would highly recommend this Company for all of your home comfort needs

We worked with Chris and couldn't be happier! He was diligent with following up on our questions while working through the quote process. He made sure everything was done to our satisfaction......and even made sure the gas company was keeping us happy too. On our final walk through......Chris focused on the the tiniest details......like a few pieces of materials left in the yard that he picked up for us. He wanted To make sure we had NOTHING negative about our experience. We are so pleased we went with R&D for our generator!

The salesman quoted a price then said he made a mistake, sold us a unit that was supposed to be quieter than the old unit then backed off that claim when we questioned him based on what others told us AND the unit he ordered for us did not properly fit the space. It took a long time to get the unit installed and operating properly.

Because of the difficulties Chris and the owner personally paid us a visit during the first day of installation and assured us they would make it right and they DID. We are very pleased with the new AC/heater unit now. Also the installers Danny and Aaron were very knowledgeable, professional and competent. Additionally Chris was a very well-trained representative who jumped through hoops to see customer service was provided and that we were satisfied. Their emergency service was also very good.

All in all even though the first day of installation was not pleasant Chris, Danny and Aaron came through for us. We appreciate the care they took in keeping everything clean and seeing that we were satisfied. With a few reservations I would recommend R&D to others. The owner was very nice as well and we appreciated his caring enough to pay the visit.

The AC quit during the hottest week of the year. A call to R&D brought out a tech quickly the same day and after comparing quotes from a competing service, the decision was an easy one. They brought out a in house unit quickly to tide us thru the day while they ordered and installed the new AC system. Price was significantly better than the competitor's and the Tech/sales consultant was very knowledgeable and professional.

This was a preventive maintenance replacement of a 17 year old unit; no known issues with the old one and essentially an "in kind" replacement.
R&D had previously replaced my HVAC units and I have a service contract with them. I've been very satisfied with their work which is why I went with them on this replacement. No regrets, I think the price was fair, the techs were great and they did nice work. A few hiccups; on specs in the contract and scheduling, but readily resolved.
I would not hesitate to recommend R&D and I will continue to use them.

Our experience with R&D was wonderful. Ron was professional and he answered all of questions and quick to respond to our calls. He is a man of his word and thats' a refreshing change to experience this type of customer service. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Ordered now Lennox gas furnace and AC unit to replace 25 year old RUUD system. Ron was great and gave us real and honest quotes and information. Install was only 2 weeks later after we signed (that included the July 4th holiday weekend). All of the installers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing, and how to do things the right way. We have been a customer for 15 years and have always been treated fairly. We would recommend R&D to anyone needing service on an old system or buying new, they do it all!

Sales Rep was honest and did a good job of educating me on my system and what to expect in terms of repairs and life span... Did not try to up sell anything, but prepared me well for what is going to be an expensive repair. Now I have a clear picture of what system I need to best cool/heat my home now that my crappy builder's grade system is on its way out. Do yourselves a favor and go with R&D... no need to shop around.
