We had R&D service our old heat/ac for over 16 years. The quality of service was excellent and the cost reasonable. When it came time to upgrade to a new system, R&D's quote was not the lowest but based on years of service and past relationships, we had them install our new heat/ac system.

Recently had 3 new condensers and coils replaced from R&D.
Sam was great at explaining what we needed to. Installation was a breeze.
All in all very happy we made the decision .

Showed up for appointments on time; installed heat pump and cleaned up when done. Heat pump is working very well and everyone was very professional and friendly.

Simply put, they were on time, courteous, quick, and efficient. Absolutely no complaints.

R&D has serviced our HVAC for 13 years. With their bi-yearly service, it extended the life of our unit to 17 years! When the HVAC finally gave out, R&D diagnosed it was time for a new system. Ron came out the same day with four estimates for different systems. After getting three other company estimates, R&D had the best price for installation of the new system and service. Once the decision was made Ron ordered the system ASAP and was installed quickly and efficiently the next day. Everyone involved were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and personable.

Brandon was a pleasure to deal with on all levels.

First the electricians were great. Did a great job and cleaned up after they were done.
Next the people who put in gas line were also great. Did a nice job and very respectful of our bushes and home. Very nice job.

Ron the sales guy was fantastic. He followed thru on all our concerns and I could not be happier. This is the first job done on my home in 20 years that went so smooth.

When the technician arrived, I initially had my hesitations. He was much younger than most who had worked on my systems. I was blown away by his thoroughness and professionalism. His knowledge of HVAC systems along with his respect for the customer will have me request him for future visits and any work that will be necessary to keep my systems running efficiently. When calling R&D make sure to request Jose. You'll be glad that you did!

I called R&D during a very cold spell. My heater wasn't working and it was really cold. Stephanie took the call and Jose was here within half an hour. Jose put on booties so he wouldn't dirty my floors. He went to work right away and had the heater up and running in no time at all He informed me about the problem before he left. He was a very nice and polite young gentleman. I want to add that everyone at R&D is very service oriented. Thank you all.

Chris is extremely personal, knowledgeable and detailed in his presentation of a new cooling system and subsequent installation. He patiently explained the new components and costs for the attic in a way that I could understand, articulate and make decisions for our long-term use. While Chris was communicating, Tony and his crew ensured that everything was installed expertly. I appreciate Tony's opinions and comments regarding what was needed and his craftsmanship is excellent. Chris was on-site each day to follow up and ensure compliance with the initial specification. I would definitely recommend R&D for a high quality experience and service and I am confident they will stand behind their work.

Everything from the initial service call to the quote for a new system to the installation was handled very professionally and competently. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend R & D to anyone looking for HVAC repair or replacement.

Thank you so much for the prompt service. In the world of finding a business to service your needs with little notice and on a cold day I might add, R & D stepped to the plate. Timothy Frank was extremely knowledgeable in our system after seeing it for the first time. This system was set up and installed in the fall of 2014 and worked great through that winter. Apparently I have a few employees that decided to change some settings that could have been disastrous to themselves and our building. R&D has provided our HVAC service for almost ten years. The recent preventive maintenance service provided by Timothy Frank (and the first provided to us by Timothy) was the most informative, most well explained and most professional performed service we have had from R&D.

Company is always professional and responsive. Have used them for 2 years for annual maintenance of AC, propane gas heater, humidifier and air cleaner. Extremely satisfied.

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I will recommend R & D Heating, Cooling and Electric to all I know. The technicians went over and beyond their normal job. After the generator was installed, the technician checked our fireplace to make sure the pilot was lite, What a surprise he found, a 'very' large birds nest and several dead birds in the metal flue. He offered to clean out the flue of the nest and dead birds on the inside of the fireplace. He then went outside and tried to clean out the vent of the bird nests. The straw and sticks were so compacted in there that he wasn't too successful. We will need to have the vents professionally cleaned out. But, he didn't need to offer in the first place. You have an amazing group of people, from you office staff to the technician in the field.
