We had 2 visits this year for service our equipment. The office staff and technicians were wonderful. Work was professional. Staff was responsive and on time. Would highly recommend.

R&D Heating/Cooling Installation/Service
R&D designed and installed the Carrier heating and air conditioning system for my home under construction in 1990. It started up and worked perfectly for 22years. One part change was required, a gas solenoid, after 20 years and was done quickly and properly. Two years ago I had the system, still working well, changed out with a new, more efficient Bryant/Carrier system with heat pump for heating and cooling and forced gas furnace. It worked perfectly retrofitted to the existing trunklines on start up. Cooling and heating distribution excellent.
R&D has always been prompt and flexible in scheduling routine service maintenance every six months for last 25 years. Service technicians are polite, competent, thorough and reliable. Start up of unit always without event.
I am a senior chemical engineer retired. I have been familiar with heat transfer equipment for 40 yrears. They receive my top recommendations for professionalism.

Dependable every time!
We've used R&D for years and have never had any complaints. They are proactive in scheduling with reminders and flexible when needed. The schedulers are pleasant and the reps that come out are professional and thorough each visit.

Installation of whole house generator
Great 2 day job. All of the guys were outstanding workmen. As much as they were in and out of our attics, they took care of our house as if was theirs. They were informative and knowledgeable. When the job was finished, my place looked like they were never here. All of their work looks like it was always there. They were FANTASTIC ! ! !
