Swoon London is a modern fine leather handbag brand. With style, practicality and quality is at it's core. We began small, keeping our core products limited. We have grown a lot since, but we still insist on having a small (but perfectly formed) collection of styles and colours for our customers to 'Swoon' over and enjoy! The owners of Swoon are two people who are polar opposites! Together, they create magic! This totally embodies what the brand is all about! Swoon London was launched whilst enjoying the calm tranquility of the River Dart on the south coast of England. Anna enjoys owning designer handbags, but whilst jumping on and off boats, a beautiful, functional, affordable handbag was really needed! Something that can travel anywhere with her, and always look fabulous, without the price tag of the high end designer bags! Anna believes a bag should work with you, in any given setting - thus the addition of the interchangeable straps! The straps change with your outfit, your style, even your mood! Anna has spent over 20 years working within luxury fashion. Brand, style, and customer service are part of her DNA! Jules's background is the Automotive industries. Jules loves the detail, and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience for our customers! Our aim is to provide our customers with beautiful, personalised leather bags and accessories that are stylish, affordable, versatile and practical.

Just wanted to say what a beautiful lovely Downton XL crossbody bag that I received from Swoon the other day.
I picked the dark navy colour which I think will be practical for everyday use, and it's a good size to fit what I need into it. The quality of their bags are stunning. Beautifully made with top quality leather and additional 2 free metal chain straps along with the matching leather strap, but you can also purchase other fabric straps to switch up the look of your bag. Friendly fast service and of course a dust bag to keep your bags looking their best. Thank you Jules & Anna for top rate products and service.

Treated my self to a pale blue bag as they were too good to miss in the recent sale Gorgeous colour for spring / summer The leather is really nice and the bag is robust I love the new wider cross body leather strap It’s a real upgrade and the straps and charm that came with it are lovely for changing the style I’m delighted with this It felt like a real investment as my previous swoon bag is still wearing well

Compact but roomy bag
I was looking for a smaller handbag which could hold all of my everyday items in a good quality leather and this bag certainly fits the bill. It has roomy compartments on the front and back as well as extra pockets in the main compartment to organise everything well. The leather is a lovely quality in a great range of colours. I also liked that you got 2 extra straps as part of your order.

Stratford black bag. Zip didn’t last
Stratford black bag very nice. Have used it infrequently. Unfortunately when it was only 18 months old the zip gave way. Customer service offered no help apart from a small discount off a new bag. As I have quite a few handbags they generally last years. Very disappointed

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
As explained privately, our bags are covered by a 12-month warranty, during which we would always replace a bag if a manufacturing fault such as a zip issue occurs. Your purchase was 18 months old at the time you contacted us, which unfortunately falls outside of that warranty period.
While we’re unable to offer a replacement beyond this timeframe, we did provide a goodwill discount towards a new bag as a gesture of support. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a favourite item develops an issue, and we always aim to apply our policies fairly and consistently for all customers.
We genuinely appreciate your original kind comments about the Stratford bag and are sorry that on this occasion we couldn’t meet your expectations.

I’ve been really enjoying this compact crossbody bag lately. The size is perfect for everyday use ,it holds my essentials like phone, wallet, keys, and a few small items without feeling bulky or heavy. The structured shape keeps everything neat inside, and the zip closure feels secure.
I especially like the soft, neutral color because it goes with almost any outfit, whether casual or a bit more dressed up. The wide woven strap is comfortable on the shoulder and adds a nice touch of style compared to a plain strap.
Overall, it’s a practical yet stylish bag that works well for daily errands, short trips out, or when I just want something light and easy to carry. Definitely a great choice if you prefer minimal, functional accessories with a clean look.
