This was my first ever rebate and it couldn’t have gone any smoother than I imagined , Anna was amazing through out the whole process , keeping me informed all the way through , I would highly recommend this to others .

I started my rebate process a few weeks ago with Anna and the team and today I’ve received the money in my account.

I tried to do my tax rebate through a company called ‘TaxBuddy’ who to be frank made a complete mess of it. Rebate Mate, Anna and her team fixed the mess TaxBuddy made and also got me my tax rebate which TaxBuddy weren’t able to do. I wasn't aware of this kind of service nor that I could actually apply for a tax refund.
When it comes to our money I believe we're all very fussy . I have contacted with Anna, Caitlin and Joel during the whole process.
I'm happy and very secure to say that this is a transparent company that take their time to explain how things work, do their best to get us the best outcome and they are very customer service oriented. I'm really happy with the service, I recommend it and I will use it again.
Their fees are relatively substantial regarding the service offered and this was something I talked with the company. But to be fair and after constructive conversations, I understand the complexity of the process and value this service. The exchange is fair and transparent and I'm happy that they have reached out to me to offer me the possibility to see some tax money back when without them I wouldn't even know it was possible. Thank you for your service. Honesty, quality and transparency..you can't put a price on those 😊
