Wow! I called Rebel to straighten out a problem, and within 2 minutes I was greeted by a real person (Janine) who cheerfully untangled the problem and then even guided me to benefits I didn’t know I was entitled to (priority service). Thank you Janine!

Didn’t feel judged or treated badly, she was very very graceful, kind and friendly. I called feeling nervous and anxious and turned off feeling a bit better about the situation
