We are disappointed to see you are not 100% satisfied with the service you have received from Reclaimer.
After review of your file, I can see we had previously received notification that your offer of compensation had to be fulfilled by your lender on 14/01/23. This in turn meant you had benefited from our service due to the compensation awarded, therefore leading to our standard communication being sent out regarding payment of our invoice.
