The delivery experience was great and I enjoyed getting to know the products at an independent stand whist at a family camp and really loved the concept. However when signing up as a first time buyer or user I could not get the 10% discount and only managed to get the code after I purchased the item. I did try to wirte in straight away but did not get any response back. This I felt was not such a great experience and customer service.

I’m at this company at focus and I got such a good response from the lady who presented me my beautiful necklace. She was kind gave me suggestions on stars which would suit me and I would be definitely buying from this company again. Wishing her all the best with her business as it was such a lovely experience on myself of my daughter.

I love the product, its versatility, its feel and the foundations on which it is designed.

I am a returning reviewer, but going from my initial 5 star review to 1 star due to lack of communication and failure to send a replacement for a broken pop on.

I had to return a letter pop on because it fell off. They got it sorted and sent it back. A year or so down the line, the same thing has happened. I contacted them to ask for them to fix it again. “Anna” advised that there were issues with this particular letter and said it was out of warranty. However, as a gesture of good will, she offered to send a replacement in a different colour way.

My original email was sent on 1st May with a quick response by 5th May. I had not received the replacement and followed up on 28th May and again on 7th June. I received a response on 9th June confirming my original colour (rose gold on silver) was out of stock, but they would send a reverse colour way. I confirmed that this was acceptable the same day.

It’s now 2nd July and I’ve STILL not received the replacement or had any contact from them.

I’ve spent a reasonable amount with this company ( I’ve purchased the bangle and 4 pop ons, which aren’t cheap) but I won’t give them any further custom.

Poor customer service. Not recommended.

Beautiful pendant, super quality. Absolutely love it! It has a great weight to it - not too heavy but feels substantial. I love that it is supporting cancer charities. I also have the dove & a beautiful paperclip chain from Recognised. Highly recommend. Beautiful packaging too. Thank you.

I bought the bangle and Mother’s pop on for Mothers Day gift. Mum is really happy and I love the quality and the beautiful gift box which doubles up as a jewellery box for other things. Recommend the bangle and pop. I think pricing is slightly out but at least raising money for good causes.

The staff were very friendlyand noligable, and explained everything about the product without being pushy, and I liked that. They also made sure I was completely happy with my purchase.

Very pleased with the principle of the jewellery .

We ordered an initial pendent at Big church festival to go with another necklace and pendent. for a 21st birthday gift which we explained. The vendors did not have the specific pendent in stock that day. We paid over £200 which included advance payment for the pendent. We were told it would take two weeks. It is now October, the 21st birthday has past we have no pendent. My daughter who was with me at the time of purchase has sent proof to Recognised as they were claiming they had no record of purchase. Even though that was communicated weeks ago we still have no pendent. We made the purchase because of the ethos of the company and the particular piece chosen was chosen specifically in remembrance of a lost loved one. Disappointed is not even close to how we feel. I would appreciate some form of communication as at least a starting point for what is to happen next.
I feel we have been mis-sold lied too and stolen from. I love and applaud everything Recognised represent but I have not seen any of this in my after-sales experience.
