I ordered two items for a present. Very specific instructions. After ordering I received an email to say that one of the items was in fact out of stock. They gave me several options and the situation was resolved. Very understanding and the highest customer service. The parcel has arrived ready for the big day. Thank you

Nice product but it took a long time to arrive, also when I ordered in the website there was an offer of a free pendant when the total was above a certain amount, though I had spent that amount never received any gift

Underwhelming gift
The ethos behind this jewellery is wonderful. I loved the idea but the actual dove and chain were much smaller than they looked in the photos. They were a gift for a friend and while the gift box was a lovely touch, she was underwhelmed by the actual jewellery. I felt that they were very expensive.
