Have placed 2 orders so far. Customer service patchy.
Have placed 2 orders so far, both arrived quickly without problem. Coffee is good and reasonably priced. Might change to 5 stars if this service continues.

Think twice before using them, terrible customer service
There was an item missing from the order so I sent a polite email, no reply. Followed it up with another after a week, still no reply so I rang them to confirm the email address was monitored. The person confirmed it was and could see my emails then promised to send the missing item, but still nothing.
I have given up with Redber Coffee and will never use them again.

Altid en god oplevelse
Bønner bliver ristet på købsdagen eller dagen derpå. Har brugt hjemmesiden mange gange til at købe kaffe, og det ved jeg nogle af mine venner også gør.
Ikke billigt, men billigt i forhold til steder som Risteriet. Derudover er det en fantastisk god kaffe. Kan bestemt anbefales.
Prøv den Etiopiske Yirgacheffe.
