Absoluter Betrug!!!
Hatte nur ein Testabo es wurde automatisch verlängert und zu dem noch Geld für Feature abgebucht, die ich nicht gebucht hatte. Trotz sofortiger Kündigung wurde im nächsten Monat wieder ein hoher Betrag abgebucht.
Ich werde jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten.

no hay forma de eliminar los datos de mi tarjeta ingresada ni eliminar la suscripcion hasta que se dignen en responder

Im Anschluss wurden 19.99 Euro und 0,50 Cent die nicht autorisiert sind abgebucht.

Cancellation problems & scam

I have sent two mails regarding a cancellation. Due to all the reviews here, I realized I was being scammed. Now they won’t answer my messages and it is annoying since I want a confirmation for my cancellation. I purposefully cancelled and wrote them a message before April 18th where another payment would be due. Don’t do it, skip Refinely. They are not trustworthy and scamming people left and right.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried to contact them numerous of
Times as they have tried taking money out of my account numerous of times sometimes £7.99 then £30. I have contacted them that I wanted the subscription cancelled as it was for my free trial however instead of replying to emails they still continue to take the money out! Disgusting company. Dont bother emailing the email they provide as they don’t do anything! I want the money to stop going out!

It looks like you sent your cancellation request, and after that, we sent you a letter requesting your feedback regarding cancellation, but you did not reply till the renewal date. This is why another charge occurred.
Usually, the emails from the customers are processed instantly.

Der größte Scam!!

Der größte Scam!!! Auch ich habe nur das Testabo abgeschlossen und am selben Tag per Mail gekündigt (Ende Februar). Darauf wurde im März trotzdem der volle Betrag ca. 40€ abgebucht und es gab keine Reaktion auf meine Kündigungsmails.
Auch diesen Monat wurden erneut die 40€ abgebucht und auch erneut keine Antwort erhalten. Habe bestimmt schon 5 Kündigungsmails rausgeschickt.
Meine Bank hat Reklamation veranlasst und das Geld zurückerstattet aber die buchen im nächsten Monat trotzdem weiter ab.
Aufgrund dessen wird der nächste Schritt der Weg über einen Anwalt und Polizei sein aufgrund von Betrug.

Finger weg

Trotz fristgerechter Kündigung des Probeabos wurde Geld abgezogen und erst danach die Kündigung aktiviert. Zudem wurde der wissenschaftliche Text der von meinem Mann geschrieben wurde als KI Generiert gekennzeichnet. Funktioniert nicht und ist Abzocke.

I subscribed to refinely because I thought it will help me write a paper for my college. I paid 2.99 for the free trial, but then I see $5 and $0.75 transacted from my account, so I freeze the card immediately.

absolut Schlecht

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem Service. Trotz fristgerechte Kündigung meines Abonnents (Abofalle) wurde mir weiterhin Geld vom Konto abgebucht ohne meine Zustimmung. Noch schlimmer ist es, dass auf meine E-Mails überhaupt nicht reagiert wird. Es gibt scheinbar keinen funktionierenden Kundenservice, was absolut in akzeptabel ist!!

Fraud!

Bad! A nasty company that fraudulently rips off its customers. They offer an opaque and misleading trial subscription, and before you know it, you're paying a full month's fee of €39.99. Stay away!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR FREE TRIAL

Well, I wanted to Humanize a letter that I need to send, so I subscribed to their 3 days free trial. After humanizing it, and subscribing, I used their other service which is to detect AI, and it detected 100% ai, so I did it many times again, and the result was always 100% ai. After that, I wanted to cancel my subscription, I went and sent them an email as they guided. To my surprise, they never answered, 4 days have passed and I am charged 39$, because my 3 days free trial expired and was enrolled in the normal subscription, which I demanded for 3 days straight to cancel. Luckily my card is empty so they couldnt take more money. The funny part is that they tried to take 10$ for no reason after they couldnt take 39$. They know that what they are providing is utterly useless and they are openly scamming people. DO NOT SUB

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I wrote over 10 mails to cancel a subscription I never ordered in the first place. If you login on the website it says I have a subscription for 39 euros a month. They took over 100 euros from my credit card in the last 3 weeks. I will seek help from a lawyer

Warning: Unauthorized billing and ignored cancellation

I signed up for a 3-day trial and canceled my subscription immediately. Despite this, Refinely charged me for the trial, the first full month, ALL while they told me that they canceled my subscription.
​This is a clear case of deceptive billing and a violation of ROSCA (Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act). I have tried to resolve this with support, but they have not refunded the unauthorized charges. I am requesting an immediate refund to avoid a formal bank chargeback and a report to the FTC.
