Very shitty company and service. They charge you without notice and lure you in with a 7 day trial for 2.99 euro and they mention nowhere on the website that they will charge you after the 7 days 39.99 euro. I cancelled the payment and emailed them and I still haven't heard from them. The service they provide is also very generic and their humaniser feature is terrible. The AI detector is worse than websites that offer the same for free. Stay away from them!

Me suscribí para la prueba de la primera semana y el mismo día pedí cancelar, la pagina también esta habilitada para america del sur(soy de Colombia) y no contestan los correos , ya me descontaron un montón de dinero y no contestan los correos, me toco cancelar mi cuenta de ahorros para evitar que me descuenten

Legt man hier ein Konto an und nutzt das einwöchige Kennenlernangebot, werden einem die richtig angezeigten 2,99€ abgebucht.
Vergisst man die rechtzeitige Kündigung (die übrigens per E-Mail durchgeführt werden muss), werden 39,99€ pro Monat fällig. Darauf wird aber beim Bestellvorgang nur in einem winzigen, grauen Text hingewiesen. Während des Kaufvorgangs wird man außerdem mit einem unlauteren Countdown unter Druck gesetzt.

Es liegt insgesamt mutmaßlich ein Verstoß gegen die Verbraucherrechte-Richtlinie 2011/83/EU (insbesondere Art. 6 und Art. 8 wegen fehlender klarer Preis- und Zahlungspflichtangaben), gegen die Richtlinie über unlautere Geschäftspraktiken 2005/29/EG (Art. 6 und 7 wegen irreführender Preis- und Rabattdarstellung sowie Vorenthaltens wesentlicher Informationen) sowie gegen die Omnibus-Richtlinie (EU) 2021/2161 (Verbot manipulativer Dark-Pattern-Gestaltungen) vor.

Der Service ist außerdem komplett unbrauchbar, ich war mit dem Ergebnis der KI komplett unzufrieden.

Vorsicht Abofalle/Scam! Abgesehen davon ist das Produkt unrauchbar weil es so schlecht ist.

Nach Erwerb eines günstigen Paketes, wurden zusätzlich 19,99€ ohne Zustimmung abgebucht. Kein Kleingedrucktes oder „zahlungspflichtig kaufen“
Ebenfalls ist vorab nicht ersichtlich das es sich neben der Zeitlichen Dauer auch um eine begrenze Wörterzahl handelt und wenn diese verbraucht ist, ist egal wie lange man zeitlich gesehen noch Anspruch hätte. Bsp. 3 Monats Abo ist ja logisch, Zeitraum der Nutzung 3 Monate. Was nicht vorher beschrieben wird, das in den 3 Monaten höchstens 25.000Wörter bearbeitet werden können, ansonsten Aufpreis oder Pech gehabt wenn das „Wortguthaben“ verbraucht ist.
Ich habe umgehend eine email geschrieben mit dem Verlangen der Rückerstattung und das ich von Meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch mache. Mal schauen was kommt.
Ebenso ist es doch gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, das man ein Abo kündigen können muss per Button und nicht ausschließlich per email an eine Support Mail.
Da fragt man sich wo der Verbraucherschutz bleibt.

Poor website, payment issues and lack of accountability.

Abzocke! Ich habe nur einem Probeabo für 2,99 € zugestimmt. Abgebucht wurden jedoch 2,99 € und zusätzlich 19,99 €.

Anschließend habe ich Kontakt mit dem Anbieter aufgenommen, erhielt jedoch lediglich die Rückmeldung, dass keine Erstattungen vorgenommen werden und dies in deren Richtlinien stehe.

Daher musste ich den PayPal-Käuferschutz in Anspruch nehmen.

It is a scam. I tried the free trial - I didn’t like the service so I cancelled it after 1 day (on time) - you have to email them. Despite I did everything right, they still charged me 40 euros. I asked PayPal to return the money but Refinely refuses it.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST
They have been taking MULTIPLE payments from me and will not let me cancel. I have had to report it to my bank as fraud as a result to get my money back. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, however, money was taken IMMEDIATELY (2 random payments). They have taken £111 from me 😡😡this is ridiculous. I tried to cancel the payment after 10 minutes of making the account.

I subscribed also for one week and messaged them the same day to cancel it. All they did was send me an email to review them and I got charged $60 AUD, despite emailing them to cancel. I’m gonna reverse this with the bank and stay away from them! They won’t cancel it

I’ve subscribed to their trial offer for one week and after the trial week the company charges the month.
After one day and having tried their service, I was really disappointed by the result.
I’ve send them an email to cancel the subscription and be sure they won’t charge the month fee. They reply an email saying I have to explain my issue so they can help me. So I rewrite my message and the reason I want to cancel the subscription and again they send me the exact same email.
They sent me three emails with the exact same message and nothing about the cancelation of the subscription. So my only way to be sure they won’t charge me, was to block my credit card.
This is a violation of the sales law that let the consummer change it’s mind and beeing protected from financial abuse.
This compagny: Refinely.io clearly abuses it’s clients.

Hat er im Probeabo für 2,99 gebucht und wollte es innerhalb des testzeitraums stornieren. Darauf wurde mir nur per Mail die Anfrage gestellt warum ich das ganze möchte oder als ich es begründet habe und gesagt habe, dass ich es bitte noch so lange ich kann kündigen möchte, wurde mir nicht mehr geantwortet. Folgend wurden 39,99 abgebucht. Sobald man die Website der zuständigen Firma öffnet, wird wird einem eine Viruswarnung angezeigt. Finger Weg davon! Zudem Funktioniert die Onlinefunktion nicht glaubwürdig.
