I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Regal Collective.
I placed my order weeks ago, but the item never arrived. After waiting, I contacted the company and they apologised and assured me that the item would be sent out again.
Unfortunately, the replacement STILL never arrived.
To be fair, Regal Collective have now issued me with a refund, which I appreciate. However, that does not take away from the fact that I waited weeks for an order, contacted them when it failed to arrive, was promised a replacement, and that replacement also failed to arrive.
The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. When a customer gives a company a second opportunity to put something right, they should be able to rely on the promise that is made.
Sadly, based on my experience, I have completely lost confidence in Regal Collective and will not be ordering from them again.
I would like to clarify one important point.
I accept that the door number was unfortunately missing from the address on the first delivery attempt. However, this was identified and the address was subsequently corrected, with the full door number provided before the second delivery attempt.
Therefore, the explanation you have given does not explain why the second delivery also failed.
Once the full and correct residential address had been provided, what was the reason for the courier failing to deliver the parcel on the second attempt?
This is a normal residential address that other couriers routinely deliver to without any difficulty. I therefore do not accept the missing door number from the original delivery attempt as an explanation for what happened after the address had been corrected.

The first shipment was unable to be delivered because the shipping address provided when the order was placed was missing the required building/unit number.
In an effort to ensure you still received your order, our team processed and shipped a replacement at no additional cost. Prior to the replacement being processed and shipped, our team had not received an updated or corrected shipping address from you. As a result, the replacement was sent using the shipping address available on the original order.
Unfortunately, the replacement was also unable to be successfully delivered.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority as a small family business, and we never want a customer to be left without their order. We have since issued you a full refund, and our team has also reached out to you via email to further assist you.
We’re sorry that the overall experience was disappointing, and we hope this provides further clarification regarding what occurred with both shipments.

I love my new necklace
I love my new necklace. The quality is amazing. I get compliments on my necklace and font is tastefully done. The font size is perfect, it’s not bulky although big enough for people to see. I never take my necklace off. This necklace is sturdy as well.

I really can’t say enough good things about this company, the quality of their merchandise, customer service, nice packaging, and timely fulfillment of my order.
I bought 3 of the custom name bracelets, 1 rose gold for my DIL, and 2 silver for me. They are lovely and made with care. I have very tiny wrists, so the bracelets were a little bit long for me. I could wear them, no problem, but instead I hooked them together and wear as a short necklace. I love it! And, I can still wear them as bracelets too. Win win!
I will definitely be ordering more from them again.
You know ordering online can be kinda scary. I’ve been ripped off before. I’m so glad I took a chance with this company. The entire transaction was perfect. I highly highly recommend.

And let me tell you…this made my heart melt when i saw my bracelet. I was so excited I put it on right away and started hardcore cleaning my apartment. My husband purchased two bracelets for me for our 50th wedding anniversary. The first is fine. He then ordered one with my grandkids names, “Evelyn, Beckett, and Lowen”. It arrived and I loved it, until I realized Evelyn’s name was spelled as “Everly”, as I wore it. I appreciate my husband’s efforts. Perhaps I will begin to call my granddaughter “Everly”.
