We’d just like to clarify that our name bracelets are made from premium 18k stainless steel, as stated on our product page. They are PVD coated, making them tarnish-proof and designed for long-lasting everyday wear.

We also work closely with our own private manufacturing partners across Asia, Europe, and North America, who produce exclusively for us. This allows us to maintain strict quality control while keeping our pricing accessible for our customers.

Items are shipped from the warehouse depending on the item you ordered. This enables us to ensure each piece is produced to our quality standards while providing the best possible service.
