Very good value for money. Quick delivery and great feedback from friends that received the hampers as a gift. I will buy again!

Always well received by my customers and staff, good quality and variety. I would just like to suggest that some system to indicate which hamper is in each box as I normally order an assortment and have to unpack each to establish the contents.

Regency Hampers are one of my favourite companies for hampers. They provide a variety of beautiful hampers for various occasions, whether it's for a celebration, a gift, or an indulgent treat! There are breakfast hampers, non alcoholic or alcoholic hampers, etc. The service is excellent, too. Their delivery is fast and reliable. All of the hampers I have sent have arrived on time, especially the Christmas ones.

Unfortunately, despite using this company for several years, this year they failed to deliver an important hamper. Customer Service is all about how you respond to the failure, this company unfortunately feels the best way to deal with the situation is to blame the customer and say we had given them the wrong address. Surprisingly they delivered to this address the year before. They were already late with the delivery and then sent an email suggesting I had sent the wrong address.
The company failed to keep a check on its delivery company and had three days before Christmas to resolve the issue despite the fact they knew there was a problem.
I contacted them today and they had no resolution available and all they wanted was to track what had happened, this Is not a resolution and when I suggested they get in a car and delivery it the member of the team terminated the call.
This hamper was ordered in November, and they had one job to do deliver it on the day we agreed and they failed not trustworthy.
I have just recived a a call from Fedex asking me to verify the address. They are now trying to deliver the same hamper a week old which has fresh food. I dont deal with FEDEX that is the job of the supplier. still no resolution offered from the company.

I’ve never shopped for a hamper on line before but I’d left it a bit late for the date and I trusted the brand.
There was plenty of choice and my hamper arrived a couple of days later at exactly the time slot promised. Everything in perfect condition too.
I would shop like this again as it’s also very convenient.

This is the second year I have had the Burford hamper delivered as a generous gift from family in Australia. This year it arrived in a white box, not a wicker basket. Also, why do they always include Sweet Piccalilli preserve? We still have last year’s in the fridge!
