Absolutely gutted, I bought several hampers (10 in total) for my team, as it's my last Christmas with them before I retire and then contents and sizes for the price paid was so disappointing. I feel very embarrassed and let down from a company I had previously purchased twice beforehand from.
I would not recommend this company, as they are clever at marketing and the gifts received do not match the prices paid.
Presentation of each hamper was lovely (outer wrapping & Bow), but providing "mini" products and presenting in a fashion that makes them look full size is disappointing.
They constantly (this year) offered discounts but actually in this discount behaviour they are cutting the size of each hamper - There were 6 items in the hampers I purchased which I would estimate costing no more than £25.00 Full Retail Value and I paid before the discount of 25% for ordering in September £64.71 - Trust pilot does not seem to allow a picture but if I could I would share!
Whilst writing I am awaiting a resolve from their customer service team.

Response to reply! - The item was valued at £64.71 whilst I paid less (for ordering early) - the value of the product should have been £64.71 - I made my purchase in an offer period. What it feel's like is the value that is provided is the offer value not the value advertised!

Customer service is appalling ordered two hampers but put three in basket by mistake I noticed the mistake within five minutes of placing order so emailed them to rectify I then followed up with phone call at 9.00 to be told nothing could be done even though the goods hadn’t been sent yet I’ve used regency for years and never again

Delivered on time and a range of products that are different to usual hamper things.

I chose a hamper as a gift for some friends. They said it was well presented and a lovely variety and good quality items.
I was glad to get updates regarding despatch and delivery so I could organise for my friends to be home to receive it.
This is the second one I have purchased and would definitely buy again in the future.

The hampers appear to be good and customer service is quick and responsive BUT they use FedEx for 'delivery' and FedEx are abysmal (read, 'did not deliver the hamper') so I will be using another company the next time I send hampers as presents.

Response to reply: I'll meet you halfway on this. According to the recipients the hampers are excellent but in order for them to be assessed they need to arrive. I spent considerable time chasing FedEx, who lied to me more than once, yes, lied, and I should not have had to do this. It is notable that their rating on Trustpilot is appalling. What is even more notable is that FedEx does not bother to respond to the reviews. I judge a company by whether it responds to reviews - FedEx is not alone in not giving a damn about whether customers are pleased with their 'service'. I will finish by saying that my reviews are even-handed - I praise as well as criticise.

Regency Hampers offers a wide variety of sets (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and sizes to suit everyone's budget. They offer customers a delivery date for the recipient which is very helpful. Also, delivery dates are accurate as my recipients always thank me for the hamper which coincides with the date the company stated it would be delivered.

Hamper arrived on date requested. My friend said it was lovely gift with good selection, however there wasn't a gift message inside so she didn’t know who it was from until i contacted her which rather spoilt it for me. I had input words for gift message.

Service provide was excellent. Delivered on time by a friendly delivery person. Contents of hamper were delightful. I bought as a gift and person was thrilled to receive it.

Great communication throughout. Easy to use website and very competitive pricing. Hamper was delivered on our chosen day and the recipients were overjoyed with the contents. This was our first time using Regency Hampers and we will be using them again in the future. Excellent service.
