I visited Regent Street Clinic Southampton last week for my hayfever injection and all I can say is wow, it has completely changed my summer. I can finally enjoy the nice days symptom free. Thank you so much.

They don't do the Kenalog jab anymore( which is not there fault) but they have another which they say is a little less affective.
it doesn't work at all but still costs £150

Very helpful in a time of crisis. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, had ways to go forward and very good follow up.

Absolute shambles. Went there today with my sone for yellow fever jabs - we both took half a day off work to travel from Monmouth - to be told they didn't have the injection for us when we arrived. Left us high and dry for our holiday after boking two weeks ago.
What is wrong with you - one call to cancel was all that was required.
What a shambles.
Avoid at all costs.

Appalling service - rude reception staff and deliberately misleading. I thought I was paying £45 but it turned out to be double to check my sore throat in person. I paid to see a GP but in fact it was a nurse. No diagnosis , no medication only a request for anther £195 to do a test. Really unprofessional set up - frankly a rip off with no offer to refund my money instead just kept referring to the terms and conditions. DO NOT USE!

Had a hayfever jab in Kenalog that worked. Switched to a jab that doesn’t.

Rebecca was very helpful, friendly and answered all our questions. She gave advice that was easy to understand.

Rebecca was very knowledgeable, friendly and we felt very relaxed.

Rebecca and Cece were both very helpful and informative. I didn't feel at all rushed asking questions.

Great treatment from Hannah and receptionist today whose name I didn’t catch!

Super friendly and efficient and explained course of treatment in detail.

Rebecca and CC were so great with my 7 year old daughters holiday vaccinations really making her feel at ease when she had to have 3 in one go!

After getting a last minute appointment, I was able to get all the vaccines I needed in a short time before going away. The ladies I saw really helped me out and kept me up to date with all information I needed to keep me vaccinated and hopefully healthy!

Wonderful service at the Southampton branch, Ceecee and Rebecca were so helpful and friendly! Very high standard of care and administration of travel vaccines.

Regent Street Clinic, Bristol....scammers!
Went for a hayfever injection which I was told was £75.00 for a single dose. Fine.. booked it, went in, had an assessment and was then told "that's £150.00". I'm sorry...what?? Because I was heavier than 9 stone it would be a double dose???????? Since when did weight affect hayfever?
I have had numerous kenalog injections in my life and weight has NEVER been a factor to the dose? Avoid this clinic unless you want to be scammed.
