I'm really sorry you were disappointed. We aim to delight every customer, but unfortunately from time to time we can experience inventory errors. I am working everyday between our shops to rectify any stock errors. This is a lengthy and constant task at the best of times but is exacerbated at the moment without the help of other staff. I hope you can understand and might try shopping with us again for an improved experience.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent - I got the delivery on the same day.
The products were slightly different to what I expected - cotton shirt different in texture to what I expected and the buttoning did not go all the way down.
Colour of jumpers a bit darker than i expected. To put it in a nutshell I would not have bought any of those garments if I had seen them up close but I am using them and they are fine.
