What a great company with a fab team!! You guys have made one of the toughest times in my life, that little bit easier. Andy,Carrie and Gemma have all been brilliant, always at the end of the phone or email, even having out of hours assistance for emergencies, is such 5 star service. The easy to use app to report any issues in your accommodation, is also amazing customer service. Keep up the amazing work you all do!

The letting process from beginning to end was fast and seamless. Carrie was really great help too and my partner was able to move into his ensuite room just in time. In one word, it was a wonderful experience.

Have had quite a great experience with Rentaroom, from viewing, referencing and leading up to check in. My advise to anyone wishing to rent with rentaroom (which I am sure will be appreciated) is to be forthcoming and honest. I feel very lucky to have dealt with real people with empathy, and not robots. Shout out to Andy and Carrie for a stellar job they are doing.

Very helpful throughout the process of securing the room, moving in was nice and easy.

Carrie from Rent a room helped me move in, and also helped with my friend. Even gave me a lift to my friend's room and then back to my room as I had no car. Issues have been documented and promised to be rectified soon

We have used Rent A Room for several years to manage our properties and could not reccomend them highly enough. With all the ups and downs a property business throws at you it was so reassuring to know our properties were in safe hands and being well looked after. Floor should be more clean and cleaner should come at least once a week. Bedding is not ok I can't sleep properly. Can we change that please

One of the staff members has always gone above and beyond for me - Carrie. Whenever I've needed anything at all she has been there for me, from maintenance issues to rearranging and moving furniture which she really didn't need to do. I cant thank her enough, and she is a credit to rent a room.
