Luca was very pleasant and helpful

Luca was very pleasant and helpful. He assisted me in making an appointment for the first time, provided my warranty information so I didn't have to search for it, and answered question in regard to the process.

Great Service

Straight forward and simple interaction with the repair team, and got me an appointment quickly. Just overall super happy with the CarMax experience

Mr. Smith

Mr. Smith was a blessing. He helped me until, I was able to get the money together. I can't think of his first name. I think it was Thomas Smith. Try to see his first name. I would recommend anyone to go to him for coverage.
