Order and delivery service excellent and easy. What we didn't know until the package arrived was that we are unable to use the epoxy resin in the winter temperatures so unable to give any feedback for the product.

Resin Direct gave us there upmost attention when we required products the next day! also when the delivery turned up damaged Niki was super efficient when dealing with our complaint and replacing damage stock.

Excellent service but costly delivery
Really good service, only reason not 5* is I thought delivery costs were high. Have yet to use product, waiting for rain to stop!.

Avoid like Covid if you can…
You would be wise to avoid these guys at all costs. They massively overquoted for my job based on completely disregarding my requirements and substituting their own. Then I was shipped 42 bags of cement screed which was twice the required quantity for my 85m2 job. 4 days after delivery, they have refused to take the excess compound back into stock or issue me a refund of around £600. I have even offered to return the leftovers in a van at my own expense. The coverage my builder obtained using all the correct measurements was twice as good as advertised, my floor is perfect but these guys are dreadful. Further to their ridiculous response, I did not order "screed", but levelling compound which as the name suggests finds it's own level. Are these guys setiously suggesting that in order to justify their ludicrous oversupply, I should be pushing the levelling compound back up the floor? The floor looks great by the way. Very level and we park our van on it, but we still have £600 of cement screed we never needed and only purchased because of advice we trusted to be accurate from an "expert" who wouldn't know the difference betwern screed and levelling compound and should not be quoting like she does.
As fot their payronising comments about Covid, well, seriously, get a grip.

Good Morning Bob,
(Separate to our response, as noted below - Making light of Covid, which has effected the lives and caused the death of many people, is both improper and unethical. I appreciate you may not be happy with us, but please consider your choice of words in the future.)
As you informed me you applied between 3-5mm, over your 85sq. m area, using 22 units of our Heavy Duty Self Levelling Cement Screed. This is an average of 4mm however, you have not laid enough material to physically achieve this. As we discussed this product needs an average of 5mm thickness minimum to achieve the proper strength, this is of course on your highest point. I could not have been any clearer with you, and you decided to purchase our product based on my recommendation which you have not followed.
I’m confident I’ve given you the proper advice and explanations every step of the way, and if you would like I’m more than happy to send you the call recording where we go over in detail your questions and fears about the screed and having left over bags.
I’m not suggesting that the bags go off in 4 days, this is not why the product is non-returnable. As I explained to you before you placed your order, powdered products are non-returnable as per our returns policy conditions and this is due to the nature of the product.
I’m not trying to argue with you Bob, I went over the product in detail with you and advised that the minimum thickness is 5mm and also provided advise on how to achieve this. I explained why this product needed a 5mm minimum depth, and also what would happen if this wasn’t achieved (i.e. not achieving the proper strength).
Please, use the rest of the product to apply another layer. Although this isn’t the recommended scenario, two thin layers will give an average of 6mm and it will be better than one thin layer which is likely to crack and not last very long.
If you do not wish to take my advice, this is your choice Bob. However, I cannot take the product back as a return or refund you in any way. From what you have told me you did not follow my recommendation, which was very clearly laid out to you and this is why you have so much product left over. I apologise that this is not the response you were looking for, however there is nothing more I can do.

We did reply to your email, on Thursday last week, after checking your order. I'm sorry if this hasn't come through, and I will forward it on to you this morning also.
I can confirm that you received your full order of 1 x 5kg unit of our Domestic Kitchen Epoxy Floor Paint. As we leave room in the tin for mixing I can understand how you might have felt you had only received half. The correct weights for each part are written on the labels, part A weighing 4.17kg and Part B 0.83kg which combined are the 5kg unit you ordered.
