I got the sample from Reslat. The problem is I want my question answered before I place the order. I called 3 times and have not gotten a real person or a callback
Very poor service this company states that they will replace any order that was made in error. I placed an order months ago and have made multiple attempts to have the order corrected. I cannot get an accurate address to return the item it was returned via UPS ground stating conflicting address information. I have call this outfit 18 times I get a recording the states that I will connected to a live person and the next recording say if you wants to leave voice mail press star. I by pass in hopes of reaching a person which never connect and then the call is dropped after 20 min each time.
I tried the chat site they could not find my order information for 10 min and then told me someone will email me. I asked who owned the company and was not provided the information but told someone in their award winning service will contact me. I know I ordered one blind replacement from them, but this has been a disaster to resolve and complete the order accurately. There no sense of urgency on this companies part. I spent $75 to send the blind rail back only to have it returned to me. Now I am $180 into a $105 order with zero resolve.
This is not a company that takes care of it customers.
I don’t like posting a negative review, but my experience with ReSlat.com was awful. Ordering a dozen replacement valance clips was easy. After that, there was no order confirmation nor tracking number provided. On Day 8 a package arrived containing someone else’s parts. On Day 15 customer support email says my order will ship; no apology, no tracking number. ReSlat doesn’t care about their customer, they don’t apologize for their errors, and their order process and customer support are a mess. On Day 17, I still don’t have my valance clips and don’t know if nor when they will arrive.
