Brilliant service. Tools that I ordered a day a go are here today. With two leaflets , one thanking me for service. One with the things they are doing for charity. Really nice touch and feels personal. Something a lot of companies don’t do nowadays 👌🏻
Ordered tools. Some were missing. Tried to contact customer service. On hold for 2 hours, they never answered. Tried to email, no response.
I ordered a tool set for my 9 yr old for Christmas. The set was ordered 5 days ago and is not even shipped yet. I am very disappointed in the service. Sometimes it's not about the actual quality of the item. If shipping is lousy and you don't get it on time, the quality doesn't even matter that much. My son will be so disappointed when his gift isn't here.
got a cordless hedge trimmer (via amazon) didnt work usb powered charger charged 24 hours didnt work contacted them twice no response then got back to amazon contacted them 3 times no response called them Robot then call center dude reading from the script no help at all complete rubbish buying all mt stuff china direct had very few problems always sorted, everything works same with everyone I know all have problems with amazon we order something we expect it to work not have to go through the hassle of return refund and order again. quicker to order from china older versions but at least more reliable

Purchased 3 chisels which came without a plastic guard on one of them, tried to ring with no success, e mailed them asking for one in the post.
They have completely ignored me
Purchased an adjustable spanner, which fell apart the first time I used it. Emailed Workpro and received a reply from heir Chinese base asking for my address so that they could send a replacement. Supplied address but heard nothing. Wrote again and was again promised a replacement which has never arrived.
On the 12th Jan. I ordered the 276 piece accessory set (ref W124003?) for my Dremel craft drill through Amazon UK. It arrived before 12.00 noon this morning Jan 13th. Such service during these difficult times is extraordinary and is to be much admired. Many thanks.
