The booking process was easy and the follow up with confirmation of dates and times of arrival were prompt. The team arrived 20 minutes beyond the four hour window, but they hustled and loaded the donations promptly. The driver was courteous, communicated clearly and provided a receipt before leaving.

We had a great experience. From the start, the process on line was very easy and efficient. The customer service rep was helpful when I had a few questions. The pickup service men were very kind and removed all of the donations efficiently and quickly. Overall we are very pleased.

The owner Tree was soooooo courteous! He introduced himself and explained everything. He even helped out one of the neighbors in my dad’s apt building so he went above and beyond! He made sure I was happy with the service! I will def use him again!

ReSupply sent my booking to a company that was 5+ hours late. They continually apologized and sent bad updates rather than swapping to another subcontractor.

The subcontractor sent only had a single guy with a van, who didn't have the proper tools even though I had mentioned disassembly would be required, and I ended up having to help move the couch and disassemble it myself. Don't use this service if you cant do it yourself. They still charged me $150 for the privilege of all this and dared to ask for a tip.

Resupply is very organized, for me they sent me text messages that were on their way and it was a great success.
