I put in the request for ReSupply to pick up 40 items of furniture for donation through Habitat For Humanity - and they had all of it taken care of in under 24 hours! Especially happy with Hidden Leaf Donations for picking it up

Showed up 2.5 hours after notification they were on their way; broke items; treated furniture like junk; forget giving them lamps with shades - those will be junked and did not pick up all the items on the list but wanted to charge for more items than were on the list.
Bella's Voice charity needs to use a different mover.

All 3 people who came to pick up my furniture delivery were very respectful, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

The gentleman that came to pick up the furniture did a great job! They were courteous, professional, and fast. They communicated throughout the whole process on their arrival time, which was very helpful.

The cost to donate is outrageous. The drivers were not RE-supply employees, but employees of another company that also charged a fee for taking items that they considered unable to donate. The quote that I was given was around $300 less than what I ended up having to pay. This is such a terrible shame. I was trying to do the right thing by donating rather than throwing it all in the trash and instead or feeling good about my decision I am left in debt and sadly disappointed in the whole system.

Other than a scheduling overlap, all was good.

I’ve used Resupply a few times and the services provided have always been top notch - the folks doing the pick ups have, to a person, been professional, kind and efficient. The process is convenient and easy.

The communication with ReSupply was exceptional, the pickup crew was professional and the move out was speedy.

It was not gvood because I was told my furniture would go to Second Chance. My furniture went to Goodwill.

Here is one thing from a few I experienced: The driver on pick-up volunteered to unscrew the table top from the base to exit the door after I indicatud I could. He did not tell me there would be a $ 30 charge for that service. That was deceptive.

Convenient, professional, good communication

Kept me updated on arrival time and was on time.
Very careful not to damage any walls or items in my home. They covered corners with sponged material.
They knew EXACTLY how to move the items out of my home. Did it in any organized and timely manner.
Very personable. Answered questions freely.

I was kept informed about the service arrival and was not worried. When they arrived, they got busy and did not waste time.

Website was easy to use and I had a pickup scheduled within 48 hours. Communication on pickup day was excellent, they let me know if advance when in the window to expect them. They were very nice and after assessing my items, gave me a final quote that was less than the online quote. Great experience and I'm glad to support a veteran business and to have my items be re-used by charity. Thank you!

On time, helpful polite staff

Multiple issues with website and drivers confirmed. Seems like a scam. Increased price 3x the original quote. Not even sure that donations actually go to Vets. Drivers tried to undercut business by offering to discard for less amount. No one to talk to except communication via text only. I will be contacting BBB, local news and VA. Total scam

The two guys that picked up our donations were extremely polite, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They provided great experience.
