The logged address was not recognised and I had to add extra info, which was not usually necessary, e.g. not every house has a number, istead we have a name not a number but it would not recognise this.
Also the addiditonal items shows that the uniqueness of the product may not be as great as it says. I did not want to order extra items but it still persisted, which I dont like.
I finally managed to place order but amount taken from card is more than shown in order, which shows only two bottles when I thought I had ordered three.
All very confusingh but if the producy works and gives me back my hearing as it claims I am willing to overlook the hassles in placing the order and my recommendation will improve.

Deceiving selling methods
You collaborate with a company named MedicGLP for selling the product. MedicGLP deseive people by presenting Revixol as medication against enlarged prostate which obviously is false. Furthermore, MedicGLP tries to prevent the return process by refusing to send to the customer a return form.

Not the product I ordered being sent! Having given a 1 star review for this…I now take away all 5*
Back to 1* I’m afraid. Having given a 1 star review for this company’s order service, I must now give them a 5* for their excellent customer service. Replies and action by immediate email response!
Unfortunately they didn’t do any thing more than reply, apart from keep saying I hadn’t taken up their offer for a weight loss product.
I AM NOT OVERWEIEGHT, I DO NOT REQUIRE SUCH PRODUCTS.i had more emails asking me to take up their generous discounts.
They did not hear me once! I was interested Iin another treatment. They did not help and I paid for a product I didn’t require, saying as i had already paid they would give me 40% discount not to have the hassle of returning! £59.37 for a product they couldn’t give me information about!?!
If I was able I would not give any star rating.
1*only again.

Falschelieferung Revixol
Bestellt hatte ich das in Facebook von Alexander Gerst beworbene Revixol Produkt Health Supplement zur „Blutdrucksenkung“. Dies hatte ich bereits nach der Bestellbestätigung reklamiert, dort wurde Revixol Metabolic Balance (Food Supplement) angekündigt. Geliefert wurde heute das falsche Produkt Revixol Metabolic Balance 😠

Didn't work at all. I am 168 cm tall and weighed 78.8 kg before I started taking them; I weigh exactly the same after a month. I don't eat anything unusual or unhealthy, and I go for a 5 km power walk every day.

Update ,ich habe bis heute keinen Retoureschein bekommen,und habe das Paket vor 8Tagen ungeöffnet an die von der Firma angegebene Adresse zurück geschickt.Vom Support ist keine Hilfe zu erwarten.
Ich habe ausversehen falsch bestellt,und wollte sofort die Bestellung stornieren,hatte mich an den Kunden Support gewendet,leider mit keinem Ergebnis.Heute wurde nun das Paket angekündigt,und die Firma erreiche ich nicht mehr.Ausserdem macht die Firma Werbung ,und suggeriert den Käufern das Alexander Geerst das Mittel selbst hat herstellen lassen,was nicht der Fall ist.
Nun muss ich weiter schauen wie ich das geregelt kriege,da mein Klarna Konto schon belastet ist.Ich habe auch einen Retourenschein erbeten,bekomme aber keine Antwort.
