My washing machine broke a few months ago, so I started to use Revolution Laundry , the machines are huge and I get a weeks worth of washing washed and dried in less than 2 hours. This helps so much in the winter months if you don't have a dryer at home plus saves having lots of clothes hanging up in the house. I still haven't got a new washing machine as I prefer using this service.
I had an issue one week with a machine and I contacted customer service online , it was easy to connect with someone and tell them what had happened. Denise was the lady who helped and advised me, I was super stressed as the washing machine had just stopped and the clothes were not done, and Denise waited with me on the chat until I made it to my next location to one of there machines , made sure the next wash was working and refunded me plus enough for another wash as the clothes weight had increased due to the water.
Not had an issue since then and continue to use the machines.
I would recommend using this service, even if you have a washing machine at home , take the load and try the dryer out, fresh hot bedding ,still warm by the time you get it home. Perfect!

Complete rip off, went to do laundry at one of their facilities in Durness put in a £10 note expecting change but only tells you it won’t give change after you pay leaving you unable to cancel and no other signage to inform you that no change is provided. Complete rip off merchants go some where else.

Beware - no help available. Laundry OK once I got it working, but BEWARE sign leads you to believe you can get telephone help, but when I tried, it was not a working number. Staff at the garage it was located at confirmed that they only have that same phone number and they can't get a connection either. Absolutely ridiculous and completely misleading.

I’ve been to a few of these machines as I travel all over, and I’ve had to throw so many clothes, bedsheets,and towels away now as when I’ve taken them out the machines my white washings have black marks all over my them, please avoid these machines if you don’t want to end up with your washing ruined!

Went and did a load of laundry in the large machine at the launderette in Nairn. Spin cycle definitely not working correctly. Clothes were soaked. Paid £11.

I have had sooo many bad experiences with this company. Their machines are extremely unreliable. Their telephone staff also seem to not really care and told me to use another company instead of having the attitude that they will do better at making sure their machines actually work…

This company has to be investigated!!. Took my laundry to Frenchay Park Rd bristol just now, paid £13 for the machine door to not be working AFTER I paid. Tried to call, nothing, tried an online chat 'out of office '( at 10am?). Going to consumer rights, plus every other media outlet I can think off. I only use the machine as mine has broken down. Should do a hand wash....get it together or sell the business to someone who can run it properly....scam

Great. Took 3 huge blue ikea bags full of wet washing. 30 mins and £7 later all bone dry, fluffy towels, lovely. Haven’t used the washer yet (just the dryer) but I intend too for things like duvet covers etc. I only have a small terrace and hate wet washing drying everywhere, it takes days. Cheaper than my usual traditional launderette for drying too.

Forfar machine, ignore instructions on machine. You have to use the side panel before it will get as far as payment stage.

Really good and super helpful to use in the evening!!

Total waste of money.
Unbelievably expensive and utter crap, stuff came out of the machine dirtier than it went in.

I went to the Revolution laundry site in Woodford (MUTX2). I washed my clothes then I could not dry my clothes as the option to dry was not available. So I had to go the Revolution laundry site in Romford (5UZN) to dry my clothes. It cost me £3.50 more as the dryer was not as good as the one at Woodford. I had to travel 9 miles to dry my clothes which is not ideal. I love the idea but it seems there are sometimes unnecessary issues.

Ras le bol ,encore une fois en panne et perdu 14,€50 ça fait suer franchement rien de sérieux.

Used the 20 kg machine in North Shields, Newcastle quays retail park.
The machine was minging, full of dog hair and oddly enough, some bits of wood. I would not wash my personal items in there.( I also used it to wash my dog’s bed and towels). Machine now is cleaner after my wash cycle.
Would be good if the machine could self clean after each cycle.

The machine I was going to use didn't have a sign to indicate hours it was open. The advert states 24 hours. Less than helpful instructions.
Didn't realise you now can't use your own washing powder and softener, no use to me have to use a recommended brand due to skin condition. Sorry for the poor yet frank review.

initially very frustrated as my washing did not dry, spent some time looking up complaint process and within 1 hour of the WhatsApp complaint line being open and confirming some details I have a full refund

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas pas mettre aucune étoile, lamentable, vous vous déplacez pour rien puisque cela ne fonctionne pas. Ce n'est pas la peine d'écrire NOUVEAUTÉ au dessus de la machine de 20 kgs puisque cela ne fonctionne pas...

1) la laverie est toujours sale : plein de vieilles chaussettes et de slip qui pourissent devant les machines à laver
2) les machines sont toujours pleines car les gens ne viennent pas récupérer leur linge alors que la laverie envoie un SMS !
Et ça c’est insupportable !
Par exemple là ça fait 20 minutes que j’attends !
Ce n’est pas la laverie qui est à blâmer mais plutôt les crasseux qui l’utilisent !
