I used the 20kg machine to clean freshen 2 duvets, machines were clean & straightforward to operate. I thought £11 was rather pricey for a wash and that was without softener which was an extra £2 . I... Ver mais

Used the machines in Stocksfield, very easy to use, paid the extra £2.50 for softener and anti bacterial. Clothes came out smelling nice. Dried quickly and off home. Took all of my holiday washing and got it all done in one quick go! Would really recommend

Edit Revolution laundry have since issued a full refund.-I used the 20kg wash and it smells awful. It smells as if no laundry detergent or softener were added. The aroma from my daughters riding clothes (it’s not nice) have contaminated everything!

Not worth the hassle. Out of the 6 occasions in the last 2 months where I have tried to get some laundry done at the machines in Royal Wootton Bassett, I have succeeded only twice. The reason? The machines have been out of order. It seems so random as to why they would be out of order, and it always happens over a weekend when I’m obviously not working and have time to get laundry done. So frustrating. The only reason why I persisted is because of the convenience in that I can do my grocery shopping at the same time (in theory!). I’ve tried going to a few of their other ‘locations’ local to me, but given there’s no signposting or anything it seems very dodgy and suspicious as to where these locations are supposed to be (one off a single track road which looks like someone’s driveway, and the other at a trucker’s petrol station stop). Granted, I haven’t actually investigated either of these alternative locations because, as a single female, it didn’t feel safe for me to put myself in that situation. The one in Royal Wootton Bassett is bad enough.
Given their unpredictability, I am also loathed to pay their asking price as it seems high to me for a 30-minute wash cycle (you have to pay extra for fabric softener but aren’t allowed to add your own). I’ve also never had their text reminder service work so can’t leave my laundry unattended and have to guess when it’ll be finished based on their timer (which is unpredictable in and of itself!). Overall very disappointed every time I go to Revolution Laundry (or Wash.Me, whatever they are choosing to call themselves now) and I’m glad I shall never have to go back or engage with them again. Shame on them as a company, it all needs sorting out as it’s just not good enough!

Washed' a blanket today. It cost £11. It was hardly even damp when I took it out. No detergent smell. I don't think the blanket had bedn washed at all!
Also, I didn't get a text to tell me the 'wash' had finished. Won't be using these machines again. First and last time. Rip off.
I'll also be telling everyone I know to avoid these machines.
After looking at lots of reviews from people in other locations, I've realised that I'm not the only disappointed customer. If you read this Revolution Laundry, I'd like a refund. Please contact me.
Edit: I contacted Revolution after posting my review and they contacted me straight away. Was impressed with the Customer Service and I got the refund I asked for. I'm upping the stars from 1 to 3.
It started OK but as I stood there for the first 10 minutes of a 50 minute wash I noticed absolutely no detergent had been dispensed. The text message was not sent when my washing was due to finish, when I went to check I realised the wash didn't work due to "no water" error. The door was locked and i couldn't get my items out. No one at the site seemed to know how to open the doors despite the customer service chat telling me they could. In the end I was left with a load of wet washing and felt I was lucky to get a refund which I had to argue for. I asked how the company would make up for my wasted time and my washing now being in a worse state than it went in and they said they will not even try to make me happy.
I went to use machine 2AEX, washed my clothes, then went to use the dryer but it got stuck on the payment screen and wouldn't accept a card, so got stuck with wet clothes, I don't have my own washer or dryer and no other way of drying the clothes so had to drive 20 minutes to get to the ANQX machine, this took my money then refused to start. I had to WhatsApp the customer service, as there was no other way to get in touch with them, they offered to refund the dryer money, but that doesn't help me with my wet clothes.
How am I supposed to get them dry?
Shal I drive Al over the country looking for a working dryer?
I use the Fallin, Stirling machines (4ZZN) on a weekly basis. The dryer hasn’t worked for months. When it works, it’s reliable.
Update: 1st July. Dryer still not working despite emails to company weeks ago! Do you not want my money?

Absolute disgrace The machines don’t work because they’re badly maintained and they don’t wash your clothes when they do work. The pathetic card reader on the machines often doesn’t work and I had to pay for my drying twice because the damned card reader was malfunctioning. This company are committing fraud and should be investigated. They charge a fortune for washing your clothes in machines that don’t work and card readers that charge you twice. A disgusting company who are just ripping off their customers. Under NO circumstances use this organisation’s machines.

Et comme c'est marqué en tout petit en bas à droite...On ne le voit pas.
La société doit s'en mettre plein les fouillés grâce à ce système où la monnaie n'ai pas rendue.
Et le comble, on ne peut même pas utiliser une autre machine pour compléter ce qui a été payé.
Donc, si vous mettez 20€ en billet et que vous choisissez un programme à 5€, vous vous faites carottes 15€.
Ce possède est détestable en sans scrupule.
PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN DE CES SYSTEMES DE LAVERIE, et orientez vous vers une petite laverie privée qui rend la monnaie...

Il se dit eco et c’est pour cela que qu’il n’utilise pas beaucoup d’eau
Devant la machine quand il fallait le remplissage je voyais de gouttes d’eau tomber
J’ai fait passer deux fois mes habit mais ce rester pas propre
Surtout si vous avez des habits blanches
En attente de remboursement (12 euros) depuis avril 2024... un formulaire complété, une relance téléphonique...
Fidéliser le client n'est pas connu par cette enseigne.

Don't use when thier workers here, he uses both machines for free and screws anyone waiting, why has he Not no machine at home, I'm homeless. AVOID PLACES LIKE THIS FREE LOADERS.
I used this first time today . Didn’t wash properly I still se lots of stains on them and smell of nothing . Didn’t not impressed me at all . For 12.50 shud be much better !!!!!
I have used these machines for years... today there is a broken one LVSK so I report it and I would like a refund because the machine hasn't washed my clothes properly.... the machine has also spat water all over the floor ...
So I call them up to report it and get a refund ... so I can't then goto another machine to wash my clothes ...
Except they want all my banking details to issue a debit card refund ...
They didn't ask for all this the only other time I have had a problem as they have the machine number and that machine keeps a log of all transactions such as time date and the transaction ID ....
It's odd as well that when I ask to speak to a manger at a call centre there isn't one available !
This to me is an unacceptable situation... but try contacting me group ...they don't care about customer satisfaction or customer service ... my advice ... don't trust the company
I used 1 location previously and after washing and drying my clothes for 15 minutes the screen stopped working so I had to go to another location to dry my clothes. The new dryer was useless and it took ages to dry my clothes. Even then they were still damp. I used the facilities in Woodford Green and it was great. The wash was very good and the dryer was amazing. I will be using it to do my washing all the time.
