Same experience as everyone else, I thought I was booking a taxi but they never secured a booking for me, after waiting for ages, they charged my card 10cents and a few days later £39 was taken from my account.
The taxi did not show up and I had to walk with my partner at 11 pm .
No information that was a subscription service - I await a refund after contacting the company - but I won’t hold my breath. You can’t charge for services that aren’t provided - they never made a taxi booking.

Absolute con artists. My bank has refunded me £80 for 2 months subscription which I had no idea I was tied into. The irony is the one time I used the service, in an emergency - they said a taxi was coming, I waited half an hour, then got a text none were available. Crazy, I'm guessing it's the business model to rip people off.

We booked a taxi to take us to Glasgow…
We booked a taxi to take us to Glasgow Airport. After placing the booking, we received confirmation stating that the taxi would arrive in approximately 20 minutes.
As we were travelling to the airport and could not risk waiting 20 minutes, we cancelled the booking within only a few minutes of making it.
No taxi arrived, we did not take the journey, and no transportation service was provided to us. Despite this, the company still charged the money from our card.
We believe this charge is completely unjustified because the booking was cancelled almost immediately after we were informed of the waiting time, and no taxi service was actually provided.
We have therefore opened a dispute with our card provider and are requesting a full refund of the amount charged.
We can provide the original booking confirmation, cancellation evidence and card transaction details to support our dispute.

After booking a taxi and their notification about the arrival of taxi, it NEVER arrived. Later that day I received an email saying that they haven’t been able to find a taxi. Few days later they have deducted £39 from my account. However, just less than an hour later after the booking, I went to their website and cancelled my subscription.

Faites attention aux abonnements cachés !
En effet, il s’agit bien d’une entreprise profitant de l’effet de pression (souvent pour la réservation d’un taxi, ce qui était mon cas) afin de vous faire souscrire à une période d’essai à 10cts, et 72h plus tard, lorsque vous avez évidemment oublié cette dernière, un abonnement à 39€/mois se déclenche.
J’ai été très surpris comme bon nombre d’avis ici !
D’autant plus qu’il m’était impossible d’annuler mon abonnement en ligne car le site de reconnaissait pas mon Email.
J’ai donc décidé de mettre mon anglais à l’épreuve et d’appeler le bureau directement.
J’ai appris grâce à la personne du standard que rezervly porte également le nom de bookeo24 ! J’ai personnellement pu annuler mon abonnement par téléphone, mais essayez via le site de bookeo24 pour ceux qui ont le même problème que moi.
Quant à la note, j’ai mis 2 étoiles car on est à la limite du frauduleux, mais cela reste légal bien que très peu éthique comme technique… cependant beaucoup de multinationales l’utilisent donc une de plus une de moins… Faites attention à vous !

Scam will take your money
Same as everyone else’s i booked a taxi and payed a deposit of 10p taxi took forever and i cancelled the taxi request i check my bank account a day later and i got 39 pounds taken out of my account i asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund me even though i followed all the terms and conditions for my refund. this website needs to be removed!!

The cab driver did not show. After 2 hours of waiting and calling we contacted our hotel to send a cab. We were left stranded at a small train station with no attendants. Then you actually charged me. I want my refund. I sent you an email and have not heard back.

Avoid. My experience is the same as everyone else’s. Looking at the replies to some complaints from Reservly is a load of sh1t too. When they take the reservation fee for a taxi that never comes, it mentions a £39 subscription fee that you can cancel at anytime, which you can’t do because it doesn’t let you log in after multiple password resets! I’ve sent email after email to cancel! Avoid like the plague

No service provided/random bank charge
I used this service to try book a taxi, but the taxi never arrived. A few days later an attempt to take more money from my bank account without my consent.
It was a subscription service that I have never agreed to or authorized. I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription, yet money was taken from my account anyway.
Before contacting my bank, I tried to log into the website to manually cancel what appeared to be a subscription, but I was told that my email address was invalid. I also tried contacting customer service using the phone number provided, but the number did not work.
I contacted my bank's fraud department, and they have opened an investigation.
I think Google should look carefully into the companies appearing in its sponsored search results so customers can be better protected and not have to deal with this.
