She is still in school, so doesn’t have 50e spare to be scammed. Thankfully bank called her about transaction. Absolute scumbags that should be shut down

This is criminal activity for services never provided. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your pathetic responses are ridiculous and you don't even pick up the phone for the number you provided! I needed a taxi in Zakopane
I needed a taxi in Zakopane. I went to their site and booked one. It's status was pending for about 10-15 minutes with no confirmation so I pressed to cancel the ride (found another way to book a taxi). 2 days later I see that they charged me for some automatic subscribtion (which I did not activate, the site didn't say anything about any subscribtion). I called customer support. They told me I didn't cancel the ride and won't give the money back. If a taxi did indeed arive (even though I pressed to cancel) they didn't, in any way, let me know that it did. Do not use this scamming site.

Exact same thing as everyone else here describes. Paid 0,50€ to use a Taxi Service. Two days later they charged 49,90€. I never signed up for a subscription.

Charged EUR 49.90 after a EUR 0.50 payment
I made a one-time payment of EUR 0.50 on Ridlyy. A few days later I was charged EUR 49.90 on the same card, even though I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment, and nothing clearly told me further charges would follow.
I have contacted Ridlyy asking for a refund and cancellation, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Judging by the many similar reviews here, this is not an isolated case.
If you are asked to pay a small amount on this site, check carefully whether you are being signed up for a recurring charge, and monitor your card statement afterwards.

This website pretends to be a taxi service, looks legit, takes a .50euro charge for booking the taxi and no taxi is ever sent.
A few days later they try to charge a much bigger amount.
