Habe eine Uhr bestellt, nichtmal custom sondern einfach auf der Seite. Diese kam ewig nicht an. Kundenservice hat sich auch nicht wirklich konstant gemeldet sondern alle paar tage zufällig. Mehrmals Retoure beantragt und darauf bis jetzt garkeine Rückmeldung bekommen. Mal schauen wie es jetzt weitergeht. Alles in allem ein sehr schlechtes Kauferlebnis.

Absolutely love this modded Seiko. The quality is top-tier smooth bezel, bright lume, and everything lines up perfectly. It keeps the reliable Seiko movement but adds a unique, custom look that really stands out.
Super comfortable for daily wear and gets compliments all the time. Easily feels like a watch that costs way more than it did. Totally worth it.

Had shipping issues but were eventually fixed. Great communicatiin with seller

I had ordered two watches, one had come with the incorrect rotor inside for the movement.

I emailed rfwatchmods letting them know what happened.

Roger got back to me really quick and informed me that they will get this resolved for me.
Fast forward… I received the rotor and a free watch band in the mail.

I will definitely buy from these guys again.

Just received my watch (Spain->LA), took time to make, QA, ship etc. but well worth the wait.
This is a gorgeous, heavy NH35 mod!

I didn’t actually make a purchase with this company, but their customer service was outstanding. We discovered that someone had used our credit card fraudulently on their website. When I contacted them, they responded immediately, confirmed the order was fraudulent, cancelled it, issued a full refund, and shared the information they were allowed to provide to help with the investigation.

It was reassuring to see a merchant act so responsibly and professionally during a stressful situation.

Ordered a custom Seiko watch from RF Mods and had a really good experience. Was able to build it using their watch builder, which was then confirmed with the watch builder, and then was built and delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Will be trusting them again in the future.

Nonostante io abbia sbagliato ad ordinare la taglia dell'orologio, i ragazzi di RF-Watchmod sono stati più che corretti nel restituirmi i soldi.
Il processo ha richiesto un po di tempo ma non potrei essere più che soddisfatto della loro attività.
Escludendo la taglia sbagliata dell'orologio ( per un mio errore), la qualità è più che eccellente, nonostante il lungo viaggio le condizioni dell'articolo erano ottimali.
