La reseña que has dejado no refleja la realidad y nos afecta de forma injusta, ya que tu pedido está enviado, dentro del periodo de entrega y con información proporcionada en todo momento.

Hi Giovanni,

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify a few important points for future customers:

Your order was a fully custom-built watch created through our configurator. Our shipping and production policy, clearly stated during checkout, is up to 15 business days, plus 3–5 days for custom builds.
Your watch was delivered within this timeframe, and in fact there were still 4 business days remaining in the window when the delivery was completed.

Regarding communication:
We maintain a reputation for excellent and friendly customer support, which is reflected across the rest of our reviews. In this case, from the first day after placing the order, we received multiple emails per day, often written in a hostile and threatening tone, even while the order was still progressing normally.
Despite this, we responded politely and consistently, provided the correct tracking, and even sent a photo of your exact watch before shipment.

The temporary tracking confusion occurred only after repeated daily pressure and repeated demands, but the original tracking was correct and the package continued its route normally.

Regarding the bracelet screws and tool:
The tool included is the same one we provide to all clients, and we have not received similar reports from others. Occasionally, after international transit, a screw may need tightening, which is completely normal for mechanical bracelets.

Your watch was custom-made, tested, delivered safely, and within the expected timeframe.
