I wanted to give a ‘shout-out’ to Robert Foster Plumbing and Heating Limited in Kettering for their professionalism and outstanding workmanship. The full story is that I was looking for a company to replace my elderly mum’s old back boiler and hot water tank. The boiler needed faulty parts replacing which were no longer available. The only option was to modernization her central heating system. I obtained quotes from a couple of companies but wasn’t happy with them. None of those companies were prepared to visit my mum’s property and walk around with me to obtain a quotation. Instead they would only prepare a quotation based on a video call, and on their terms. My input didn’t count. I did a search on the Internet and came across Robert Foster 07545051124. The reviews said good things about Robert Foster Plumbing and Heating Limited. I contacted him on the 25/09/2024 with a same day video call appointment followed by a physical survey at mum’s house on the 17/10/2024 going over the heating requirements. Following discussion I was happy with the estimate received 20/10/2024. On the 22/10/2024 a booking for 25/11/2024 to 28/11/2024 (4 day’s work) was agreed to be undertaken. The estimate was updated 22/11/2024 and a final version emailed to me on the 29/11/2024 to reflect the work and material changes. The work was completed on time by Robert and Brett who I would like to thank for exceptional quality, tidiness and making sure my mum was safe while the work was going on. I totally recommend using them
