Kyle Elton was the person I was speaking with and he was very through and helpful. He made it very easy and clear of what was and could be included in my policy and didn’t try to add things in that I didn’t need like other insurance companies can do. Very quick and easy.

Refused to pay out after an accident at work claiming they don't cover ligament damage and repair. They refused to pay because 1. it was ligament damage (although they cover sprains and breaks) 2. as the surgery was a day case, they won't pay out if you're in hospital for less than 24 hours.
I will now be out of work for a minimum of 6 months, and all they could say was I should have taken out a difference policy even though I had personal accident cover.

On the 13/04/26 I did a online quote for trade insurance . Unfortunately a quote couldn’t be generated . A message appeared on the screen telling me to phone a number this I did. I was informed the person I needed to speak was busy could I phone back in 10 minutes. I phoned back later to be informed no one was available to speak to me .
I didn’t receive any communication back.
Oh wait they never took any of my details on either of the phone calls .
If they can’t master basic business practices they might go from a Rhino to a dinosaur. Dinosaurs are extinct now !
