These are a middle man and cannot resolve any problems with any of the the training centres they recommend. Money back is a no no. Best to pay a bit more for a place you know or friends and family recommend at least you're in safe hands.

The course was well planned out, and the instructor's were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend these guys👍🏻

I’m really disappointed from this website I booked Cbt test.test fees 185 but i paid 44 pounds more this policy called peace of mind so toll fees 229 if I failed I have chance to rebook without paying so I today my test but instructor told my shoes is not good so you can call your school to explain I did but now they said no refund no rebook they really thieves

I had my CBT training on Wednesday, 29th October at 1 Stop Instruction Beckton (IG11 0AD), booked through RideTo, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Before starting, I clearly told the instructor that I had only ridden a bicycle before and was completely new to motorcycles. As English is my second language, I sometimes had difficulty understanding his instructions, but instead of being patient, he insulted me several times and kept asking how long I have been in the UK. His tone was rude and disrespectful, and he shouted at me multiple times, which made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. After only about 40 minutes of road riding, he told me to leave the premises. The whole experience was stressful and discouraging. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially beginners or non-native English speakers.

My experience was great with ride too , the fella who trainers me and did my test was easy going , really helpful in how he explained everything , he proper good what he does really apperiate it .
Had really good day out 2 Hours seemed like 30 mins
And whilst got my certificate even better ,would recommend to anybody thank you ride too

Rideto is incredible. If you're going to book your CBT or just need some general advice around motorbikes etc, this is the place to go. Made it all simple and straightforward. Couldn't be happier!

My instructor was great, super informative and engaging. I really enjoyed it despite the rain.
